Just did this on my 22' KTM 350 XCF along w a TPS adjustment from .53 to .64 and made a huge difference in eliminating flame outs. Throttle response seems to be more crisp rt off the bottom too. Thanks!
Did the hole on my XCFW 350, worked nicely. With the “Grunt” exhaust manifold and fuel pump changes people are amazed how much bottom end my bike has. That’s at 9,000 and above. My son is a KTM/Husky full Orange and WP mechanic. Said this has been working wonders. Thank you. BTW Found you when I was Cody Webb’s mechanic with Stillwell Racing Beta. Alan thought highly of you.
Yes it works on that. In 2010 I was designing throttle bodies for San Manuel racing and James Stewart. Even though he didn't know it. So I know it makes them much smoother and better to ride on the bottom

Looks like my injector comes in from the top, the 1 your working on come in @ the bottom, so i'll drill mine on the top side of the throttle plate :)

Yes. 2010 crf450 is where I learned it. Works well on all aggressive big bore Moto bikes
