  • Hey Friends!
Back with another video on my favorite Fujifilm Film Simulation (so far) for the X100VI camera. I spent the week at the beach last week and used nothing but the Bright Kodak setting from Fujixweekly. I like it. Looks good. Definitely my style. What do you think?
If you learned anything from this video - I'd love the subscribe to follow along. We're on a mission here to reach 10,000 subscribers by the end of the year - and we're almost to 1k!
Catch you on the next video.

Love all the x100vi videos. Such a shame it is a camera reserved for influencers and ebay scalpers.

It’s been a fun camera for sure. Having to get it off eBay after the launch because I didn’t want to wait on the preorder does stink, but it’s not uncommon in the camera world. Thankfully I didn’t have to pay above $2,000 like some I’ve seen. I remember when the Sony A7SIII was announced in October of 2020 (my main workhorse of a camera) I placed a preorder immediately and was looking at a February 2021 delivery. Even that camera I bought open box on eBay just to have it earlier. Different story since the A7S was meant to make me money instead of the x100vi which I’m using for fun, but - similar concept with camera companies not being prepared for preorder numbers.

Nice! Can't wait to try it. By the way, you set your clarity to 0 so you wouldn't have any of the delay between taking shots?

That’s exactly why! I love the look of -3 clarity, but I can’t stand the delay between shots. So, I’d rather keep clarity to 0 in all simulations.

@@RossBarnett02 yes! I totally know what you mean! Then last week I added -clarity to my other sims and told myself the delay is like manually rolling the next shot simulator on a film camera 📸 😂 and somehow, it worked! I use -clarity now...for now hahah

@@RossBarnett02 yes at the end you can reach the ''-3 clarity'' effect just using a black mist filter.
