    i know this says it's for men but honestly it's for women too. that "time of the month" or your period can be a sensitive time for many women. knowing when to prioritize rest, better times to have heavier conversations or make difficult decisions - there are times of the month when these things are better to do. this doesn't mean you should only discuss certain things on certain days, but if you find you and your partner are butting heads or can't come to agreements, it may be a matter of hormones; something we don't have any control over. but what we can control is understanding what's happening to our bodies/our partner's body and work our way through it together!

      it’s crazy how i don’t even notice it myself sometimes when i need space, but yes, *very* helpful

      yikes! definitely did not say do everything for her, but ya don’t need to banish me to the devil 😅 knowing these things will just help you understand/predict these changes in her behaviour and make things easier on you so you’re not always “caught off guard”
