Stopped at Lander Street on your recommendation. Wow! Pack a sandwich because there is so much on offer and you may never escape the maze. Very friendly staff make you feel so welcome. While I was paying for my finds, a couple purchased the lamp with the big green leaves on the shade from your space. So I told them it came with the spirit of lovely George. It was the man’s birthday present from his wife. He left with a huge grin on his face.
I love that mountain & trees wall hanging in your booth. I've seen other metal wall hangings with abstract or animals, but nothing like that. TY for sharing. Great antique mall!
My aunt in Pennsylvania had the full collection of Starburst on display in a postmodern china cabinet she also had that crazy retro stove that the burners pulled out and there was that crazy looking cabinet on top
That light green outdoor set of table and chairs. I have a dark green round set. I also had a big table and chairs with two rockers I gave to my daughter.
Hey George👋 late night and I am catching up on great videos about the Rorschach like statue... it reminds me of the skin n bones Camel that came to town when i was younger. The had so many saddles on the poor thing but blessedly kept the age limit 8 and younger to ride. And they would him with about 20 small children (I'm sure I exaggerate!) Then he would drudge in a circle. It was really sad so that is you statue personified. 😊
Oh yes! Dead Files, that was interesting...completely faked and I was taken 100% out of context so it sounded like I agreed with their conclusion, which I 100% did not. But that's why they call it "making television"!
Hi George, Such a beautifully curated antique mall! Each dealer really put in effort to maximize the appeal of their space. Such places have become scarce in Southeast Michigan.
I love the videos that have your personal booths in them. I have a booth and I load it up with things from different eras as you do. Seeing your booths gives me great ideas on how to bring it all together-greatly appreciated ❤
Gazelle coffee table was amazing. Such a precious pink old flower cart. Great rock & roll guitar neon. The mirror you have is beautiful that's behind that statue. That was so fun to see it all. Much appreciation George. You have amazing items. Blessings Always
Your neutral color space is lovely I , too love color. It makes me happy! I didnt use to buy s &p shakers to resell in my booth. A woman w way more experience and insight told me she sold them very well. We are a tourist destination. They buy small items as souvenirs because easy to fit in a suitcase .now i sell them😊. The afgans w the black background do well for me too. I buy when i see. Wishing u awesome sales travels fun !
Good evening, George. There was a porcelain tray, on a shelf, that looked like it had _The Dice Throwers_ on it. I like that decoration, and have a few pieces with that decoration. I liked the pair of cream-coloured wingback chairs. There was one of the Herman Martin paintings I really liked - reminded me of Jackson Pollock's work. I'd like to have that card file. Love that Art Nouveau bust you have in your space. The pond boat you have in your space seriously caught my attention. I really like those things. That would definitely be a fun mall to browse! Thanks for taking us along!
It’s fun because even though it’s mostly modern, there’s some really great antique pieces too and the quality is good! I liked the Pollock-like aspect of the paintings too. Thanks for coming along with me
I ❤️ loved your antique mall tour. I especially loved your booth! You have such curated and eclectic taste, I loved seeing how you grouped everything. I have been working on my new booth at Antiques on Beardsley in Elkhart IN.. I’m almost done, just a couple more car loads to put in. I’m kind of eclectic taste like you.
Wow this place is loaded with great stuff. Thanks for the look see through this amazing mall. Seen a few pieces I would be interested in for sure. You have a great day and safe travels
I love color, it pops/stands out, it catches my eyes. Neutrals in these settings are dull, I tend to overlook things for they blend in. Colors in this settings looks so pretty. Thanks for showing us these treasures.
My favorite videos of yours is when you tour this antique mall. In the mid 90s I worked at a company that had that whole 7up vending machine. :) 19:58 Charles Eames chaise. You were probably fusing (a mash-up) the names of Charles Eames and Paul Evans.
@@TheAntiqueNomad I have been on my first trip in the Van. Kind of a test. 3 weeks on The Island og Cres/Croatia and 3 weeks criss crossing european flea markets. Not overly satisfied with the stuff i found. I had imagined the Dresden would be good…but it really was not 🤔will have to go in a more organized manner next time. Lille in September. Maybe 🤓
Hello!! Watched a ton of your vids, visited Lander and my 12 year old.apotted you in snoho once! Ha. Wondering if you do appraisals via photo. I have a strange ouija box psyche thing. Thanks!!
I love your style 💕. I have told you before, but you do amaze me. I have never been able to remember the name of different pieces. But I always remember my favorites. That's why I absolutely love watching you and Rosie together ❣️. I can't contribute because my husband is old and doesn't care for me to do anything on line.
08:58 Birds riding on the back of a whatchamacallit is what I see. Birds on the back of a dinosaur as drawn by a truely strange five year-old. (you asked) That place sure is loaded. If you're after something it's probably in there!
That Chinese cabinet could be a medicinal one from the early 20th or late 19th century and most likely came with other pieces to the United States shortly after China instituted their economic reforms allowing more of their goods to come to the country.
Love that mall! So much MCM goodness 🤗😍
Sure has it!
Neutral display looks great!
Thanks! Not my strong suit but it was good to learn

I don't know where I came up with that, but now I want to do it!
your booths look really good, I think you could rock that coat too would look amazing 🤩
That light green outdoor set of table and chairs. I have a dark green round set. I also had a big table and chairs with two rockers I gave to my daughter.
So cool! She should feel fortunate
Great items.

Loved seeing your booth. I always learn something from your commentary in your videos. Saw you on Dead Files. What a surprise. 🌞💐
Oh yes! Dead Files, that was interesting...completely faked and I was taken 100% out of context so it sounded like I agreed with their conclusion, which I 100% did not. But that's why they call it "making television"!
I took a screenshot of the Treasure Craft pottery to print out and put into your Treasure Craft book! Great show George!
So cool! I plan to do a retrospective on them this fall

Your space in the antique mall looks really great. I wish I had your knack for decorating.

I think you’re right, I went cross eyed about then from looking at so much cool stuff
Welcome to Seattle!
How's the parking?
Plenty there on site
Those six sided “tables” are called a tamborete.
Thank you! I’m surprised I’ve never heard the term but it makes sense there would be a name for the type, they’re very distinctive
Wish i there
I see a moose and birds xx
I think a lot of folks did
That rug was amazing
On the acrylic furniture from Italy, where do you find the designer or maker's label? How do you know?🤷♀️
Sometimes they’re marked underneath or on the back. Otherwise you have to check references
Great booth 🎉🎉🎉🎉
By George I will wait 32 hours
Hipo-ish 😎

That’s okay, you’re contributing just by commenting and watching, and I’m glad you’re going along with me and having fun!
Could you tell me the designer of the two rectangular pieces shown at about 3:40? I couldn’t catch the name.
Harold Pemberton
Do I see a Fath bronze piece in your nutural section?
I believe so
I had that shoe phone.
8:56 A man coming out of a faucet. Not sure what that says about me!
I see it!
✨❤️🧡💛💚💙💜✨

I see a rhino with birds on it or a hippo with the birds
Hi George, please say hi.
Hi there! Good to see you here
8:59
I see a moose with an exposed spine
Ok I get that
But crazy lamp lady I cannot stand
Don't really know why this is an appropriate venue to state that, she's not even in this video. But whatever makes you feel good
Aaaalot
I see a dinosaur 🦖
I miss Daniel's commentary too.
It looks like a camel or hippo with birds on its back. I’m not sure though
Likewise!
Birds on a hippo? or a rhino?
I saw that too, you’re not the only one

You’re right we got a lot around 1990
Can't see the chat, George! Is it me or you?
It stays on until after the premiere
Scales my sign
