@@mainmanman9969 i doubt security would be much of an issue. Aside from his own personal security systems, he would probably be in a gated community or minimum have 24/7 roaming security. At his level he would probably have a private security guard aswell
Good question. Here we are treated to the most wonderful of homes yet we are denied the pleasure of seeing a tour of his house. Strange. IF security is a concern, what about all the houses that we are getting to see. Are they not concerned with security?

Left Vegas last year, but I absolutely love the homes up there. Currently designing a 7k sf 4 bedroom single story home. I love these house tours because it gives me ideas to work into my own design.
BUY IT MICHAEL! It’s a stunning liveable home, plenty of garages, bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool outdoor area is gorgeous and the view amazing. ! I don’t know I live in Australia but the taxes in LV are nowhere near as expensive as in LA. You should seriously consider buying Michael !!! ❤

No they’re actually really boring…they all generally look the same. Huge boxy looks….long lines. Very modern,…no design at all
Producer Michael needs to live in Vegas....when he finally moves there we can expect some more awesome vids on the strip and around Vegas.
He loves living in Beverly Hills. But I can see him as a total LV persona. He exudes the Las Vegas lifestyle. Maybe he will get a 3rd house there one day.

If I had the finances to make up the difference, I’d sell all our homes & move my entire family - elderly parents, kids, grandkids - into this home & live in love & happiness together. A single-story home for not only my elderly parents, but my (due to a severe accident) now disabled Husband, this home would be a dream come true for us in too many ways to count. I’d move my entire family in & never, ever move again. I’d live out my life here, passing on to my children to do the same & their children. It would be a home that would stay in our family for generations to come.
We can all dream, right?

These homes are all in the McDonald highlands. We can see them from henderson…they’re terraforming the side of the mountain carving out massive flat plateaus and planting hundreds of mansions up there…,they’re fancy and all but you’re so far from neighbors or shopping…it’s ATLEAST 20-30 drive down the mountain to get to any groceries or shops and 45 min drive to the strip

Crazy how that part of Vegas was pretty much a dead zone just 10 or 15 years ago, now there's all these crazy houses being built out there. Also, was kind of waiting for Michael to say, "It's not Mike, it's Michael," though I don't know if he's super particular about that.

Great home, great price, Has a unique pool which is not buildable anymore at the location, everything is fantastic. Just that I dont have the money to buy it! This is truly great video. The los angeles homes are just pricey and boxy these days, 2014 mansions were fantastic in los angeles. These days its all just builders getting a loan from a bank, hiring a builder, building something boxy, quoting a ridiculous price and hoping that a buyer would meet them half way through their ask price. Ive seen two builders at los angeles file for bankruptcy so far. Dont know how many not so famous have gone broke. Las vegas mansions seem fair priced. Again, I dont have the money for any of these homes, Just analyzing the market from distance. lol.

It's a beautiful house and finally someone understands that a person with this kind of money has more than 2 cars!!! Thing is it's too big for me personally (aw shux lol), but I'd love the same house on a smaller scale, say 6K SQFT vs 10K. Love it though.
