This house is INSANE. The features are fabulous. In California, the cost would be twice that. My favorite amenity is the heated floors. Fantastic all around. LAVISHLY APPOINTED.
This house has been for sale since 2019 asking was $25 million. It doesn't sell in over 3 yrs - must be underpriced, lets raise it to $32.5 million. If it doesnt sell, it must be priced at $40 million. Its a nice $7 million home .
Go look at 7 million dollar homes in that area on zillow then come back and be a real man and admit how crazy you sound. It's not worth 32 even 2 years later but even for 2022 you're wild af 😂

I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 80k in stocks (with the help of my Financial Advisor of course) and made about 246k, but guess what?
