Honestly, this is one of the best houses I've seen, because it's been designed to be lived in, not just show off, no wasted space, no huge rooms like the entrance to a hotel, everywhere you might want a view you get an unobstructed view, obviously the price is nuts, but then location is probably 80% of the cost.

Tbh I'm usually not that much into luxury goods, but this mansion makes me want to be a billionair. Owning this house and standing outside in the evening enjoying that view sure makes you feel like playing all the way throu the Game which is called LIFE :)

Problem with these homes is: for 33M$ buyers don't want to have loads of people looking straight into their homes from the other hills.
Don't think the buyer is worried about that.
It wont sell for that much. It'll end up being an AirBnB then selling for 20 Million (my crystal ball's opinion.) Of course an awesome video by Adam and Michael - lots of fun!
It's just parts and parcels of living in a big city, unless you're actually an A-list celebrity, just don't assault children in your swimming pool and you'll be fine.
