Great house. I like how the fridge / freezer actually has handles. So many of these high end houses have appliances where you have to knock or press the doors to make them open - unnecessarily complicated. Just give me a solid handle to grab and pull. Also, you know before each take, Chakits double checked his shirt placement to make sure that Gucci belt buckle was showing - ha!

This channel was honestly fun because there were amazing houses for sale at attainable price points (~1 million). It gave us hope. I’m less interested in 15 million dollar homes that I have no hope of ever buying. I know part of this is out of your control as you’re at the mercy of the market.

Lets be honest its just the same old same old ,,,, Concrete and Chipboard ….. No Character at all just a White Box … Now explain where the Stunning masterpiece comes into it ? …… Go to southern Italian Coast and see the Wonderful waters edge Villas with carved statuettes and Stone Pillars, and Verandas with fantastic stone work, or South of France and Monaco Villas with domed ceilings and artwork that define anything in Vegas , Or any 1920s or 1950s Art Deco style Villas that have stood the test of time as Classics, Now That House you just showed will be forgotten about in Ten years , Prove me wrong…… And by the way thats a dangerous Pool that Lap section of the pool has a sharp edge that a swimmer can Bump into just off the steps… A swimmer at some point will swim head first into that Sharp point … A Badly designed pool to say the least,

I am a fan of M.C. Escher. I've designed logos before in his style. But I'd need an agreement in advance of doing the design. People have told me no but then outright steal my designs. I know I can think of something. I just need assurance if you like it you won't take it. I don't want to go through all the trademark and copyright in advance before showing it to you.
I am certain you have more thoughts on brands you want to adopt and develop into your channel. Without being too specific, please give me words that you consider in your thoughts. I might see something in your ideas that I can move.
My style is not like the tadpole following the frog following the dragonfly following the bird following the flock that flies into the clouds.
My style is the illusion like Escher's staircase that walks you all the way up to the top of the stairs but then you realize you are at the bottom of the stairs. Or my style is a waterfall that is the source for a river that feeds the waterfall. I think your new ideas might help find something that works like the tiles in the showers.

There's still up to 5% ownership open for recruiting talent. Do you want another sponsor? I have com, vegas and bet domains for Vegas Pay registered out 10 years looking for a corporate buyer. There is a least effort crypto concept. But the real intention is to sell to a corporation that will build in the image of a Fin Serv or sports book app.
The name Vegas Pay attracts too much fraud for me to handle. It will have to be corporate and not home grown.
My Vegas Pay logos are pretty awesome, too.
Chakits, why would you post this on your 2.0 channel, when you have so many more subscribers on your main channel? IMO, you would have more views and more revenue if there was only one channel, and people can decide which videos they want to view.
The first channel is strictly for video home tours that I film. The second channel is geared toward collaborations and Las Vegas & real estate related topics.

I understand your explanation, but I just don't think creating the second channel was a good idea because the subject matter is not much different. I have seen other TH-camr's try the same thing with very similar results (second channel has a tiny fraction of subs compared to original channel). I am just telling you my opinion, and obviously you are a very successful TH-camr.

For $15 Million, it should have had pocket doors for the patio and master, also should have been automatic, stone flooring not cement, have Sub-Zero appliances, prep/second kitchen, larger closet, infinity edge pool, etc. Not worth it for vegas.
