Glad they found a car that was held together by rust. Not only does it make it a practical scenario to illustrate the issues that a novice would otherwise be clueless on how to proceed when they run into a stuck part and their vehicle is half disassembled, but it also makes me feel better about my rust-bucket
Thanks so much for your help. I'm just learning how to do a lot of DIY stuff on my 2001 Ram Sport 4x4. Your channel helps me out when I've got simple question on how to do the small things. I love working on my truck, and 1AAuto makes it so easy.
Lenny, how do you guys always find the CRUSTIEST 2nd Gens on Earth for these demos? 😂 Anyway, great video. Thanks for making all these. Immensely helpful.
There is. If you haven’t already found it, just tap on the 1A name in the video title screen. Then tap playlist and scroll down to the 2nd gen playlist. There are 86 videos there for the 2nd gen truck.
I have a 96 Dodge ram 1500. One of the swaybar links is completely done, no bushings, The other one is getting close. Will bad sway bar links cause a little bit of vibration and wobbling in the front end while going down the road?
Can you do this lifting one side at a time? Or does the whole front end need jacked up? Ive always lifted both wheels off when doing anything with the sway bar.....just curious
+Earl Daniel We wouldn't be able to diagnose an issue like that here, you may want to have a local mechanic take a look at it. Thanks for checking us out! 1aau.to/m/Shop-1AAuto-c
+Juney Shober Thanks for watching! These parts will not always come with a castle nut as there are several styles of locking nuts. What ever came with the new part should be just fine to use!

Nothing to be ashamed of driving around a rust bucket held together by duct tape and bailing wire

My kit didnt come with a castle nut. Should I reuse the original or just use what came in the kit?
