I don't agree with what you said about Arma Gram. It's definitely a 1x Staple regardless. I've been getting good results with Dragunity (currently top 30 on Omega ranked ladder using only Dragunity) and Arma Gram is very important to bait negates and grind. Also it's searchable or you can dump it vs hard drawing, so I don't recommend siding it out for anything, you side out other cards instead.

I've liked Dragunity since Tag Force 5 on the PSP. Now however, the deck is so complex in its combos that it's overwhelming. Will you upload a tutorial on the current Dragunities for new/returning players?
Holy crap I’m in the same boat! Feel so alone because I’m a returning player (I left right as pendulums came out) and now I’m totally lost 😂 I used to win tournies with my older dragunity deck but now I feel like a total newb lol
I like this combo for life after dragoon. I don't know about master duel but turn is DPE, DRAGOON, AREADBHAIR AND B.S.D 1 OR 2 NEGATES with a dragon ravine to discard. Hopefully a judgement or dark bribe for droplets. Chances are they don't have Sphere Mode like I do going 2nd.
I been out of yugioh for nearly 15 years but Master Duel got me back into it. Dragunity was an archetype I’ve been wanting to play since it first was introduced. After 1 week, I’ve seen the potential before this video but now my first turn says if my opponent doesn’t negate, I kill on my first or second turn with hardly any negates. Long story short, this archetype is very underestimated even with just the cards related to itself.

I found your video after starting master duel. As I started opening packs I pulled 3 Ravines, 2 Ascalons, and an Areadbair so I’m was just running with the rng. I love the deck so far but the complexity and amount of combos I mess up due to being an old player is killing me. 😭😂

After gold this deck is useless. Too many cards that can make this deck impossible to use, I've had more times where my board just get destroyed by traps and spells whilst I'm going full combo, so I can't finish my plays. Just extremely vulnerable deck.

I’m so glad you touched on how you’re supposed to tackle deckbuilding in a BO1 format.
I feel like many people run 42-43 card decks just to fit in outs that would normally be in the side. Especially when it comes to backrow hate against decks like Eldlitch.
Yup, I run 2x Cosmic Cyclone and 1x HFD for backrow hate, but I also run PKs so I have multiple 1-2 card combos
It's been 84 years... from the ashes, the dragunity phoenix rises. Been waiting for a new dragunity for a while, and have been experimenting in the meanwhile. Didn't think of checking for samsara dragon. Also, super nice we can use destrudo again.

Winda is easy to navigate around if you play with Lance you can summon Senatus equip Lance and equip the tuner from Lance you should be at 2200 then you can smash into Senatas winda and activates Senatas effect to send one of it's equipped cards to the grave instead of being destroyed. Then you enter mp2 and full combo off the Senatas and the tuner you equipped
The issue is in a format where we aren't Guardragon comboing Lance is awful. It's not worth playing over other extenders :/
@@PhoenixFlareX well Doodle plays a version of the deck that requires you to run Lance to reach the end board. Which is Simorgh link, Borreload, Crystal Wing, Areadbhair, storm statue. With the right extenders you can get spheres before simorgh for the bounce aswell but usually Simorgh of darkness is enough for extra protection.
@@dragonlorestudios2013 Well the thing is there is literally no such thing as a combo that "requires" Lance. Due to the simple nature of Lance just being 1 more Tuner in the pool there is always a more efficient way to route a combo to get that resource without Lance. Anyone saying Lance is necessary for a combo just unfortunately isn't comboing optimally. On average "Lance" combos use 1-2 more extra deck slots to reach the same end board as using a different line. Especially in combo lines where you clearly aren't Dragon locked like this end board suggests.
@@PhoenixFlareX it's actually required because you can't use Senatas search effect or Remus graveyard effect or you get locked out of using crystron to step into Simorgh to bring out the statue. You need that extra tuner on the board to full combo. But this version of the deck also has access to the pure dragon combo Lance just enables an extra stronger end-board. You can even go into union Carrier for the apex negate loop of you wish to run that instead. It's just another path the deck can take with minor changes. You also just get the bonus of having more outs vs winda and another out vs a few negates.
@@dragonlorestudios2013 Weird that you say it's required when I literally just tested a single combo of Ravine + Tuner and got the full regular ending board without ever touching Lance. I'm no stranger to Simorgh combo boards I experimented with them extensively a while ago. I just feel like they don't actually add much for what you do for it. But Simorgh comboing or not. I am very good at finding optimal combo routing with this deck and I don't need Lance to do these combos. It's not a good enough extender to warrant playing in this style of format. There are just better ones.

Destrudo
The only dragunity I've ever played is pure dragunity lancers, which I now realize is a very outdated way to play. Built this deck in master duel and I'm definitely winning more, but sometimes I misplay or forget what I need to do in my chain.
Honestly, I feel like I'm just unlucky, but I get the worst bricks almost every other hand. Opening Maxx C and ash blossom is cool and all but when I have both of those, an odd eyes, a dragunity glow and a dragunity obliquette it's like bro what even lol
This is absolutely a long combo, especially on mobile where I only have about 50 sec to spare. But when would black rose be made? I'm think of changing up this a bit to use the extra equip tuners to make apollousa or something that would increase negate count. I do love how good of a bait ravine is, since many decks need it to go off while this has many ways to reuse it or just doesn't need it for a big board.
This build is a lot different from mine I must say. Eg. I dont use any Xyz monsters and the only link monsters I play are Romulus and borrelsword. But as a dragunity lover, this makes me happy😎

Huh. So this is what Dragunities are capable of. I’m currently running a ‘Level 10 Turbo’ variant that focuses on Areadbhair, Gram and Ascalon, and on a good duel, I can bring out all 3, clear the board and swing for game. But even if I only get 2 out, I could still make Gustav Max to finish them off if I’m not locked in. However, I’ve recently been bricking quite a bit, so maybe I’ll try this build out on MD.
Also I find it a bit funny that you tech in pendulums because I recently thought of potential Dragunity pendulum cards, though now that I’ve seen combos like this, people might think they’re a bit too good.

You Just craft a Sr o Ur dragunity card,then you unlock the secret pack “dragon knight gorge” for 24h.

What the other guy said, if you craft an SR of any secret pack type you get 1 free pull and 24 hours to pull from that pack as much as you want. Keep pulling them until you have what you want, scrap your SRs and URs you don't need and put those into crafting more of the deck list from other packs! Also definitely buy the starter bundles in the store, as they might also unlock the pack and are very worth it!
Hey phoenix, what are your thoughts on Dragunity Guisarme? The one that is level 3 and looks like a "reverse dux" XD
There was one hand that was 100% unplayable going first, ash, maxx c, senatus, darkwurm, samsara. And for draw next turn was a card of consonance. I like this, but sometimes it just feels too bricky and I wanted to try it since it seemed like something to move to having fun after using adamancipator for a bit. The ending board is weaker but it's not too different as starters. A single negate on the main starter of remus can stop it like a single negate on a turner in adamancipator can stop it. but just like a bait with the tuners, you could've easy have opened a ravine making remus a bait.
I drop the pendulums and play Dragunity Whirlwind ×2
Helps when going first with a blegh hand or going second as a first wave of summons to bait their negates.

Why not run Dragunities of the Hurricane in this deck? Specifically in a best of one format it should be amazing in a scenario where it can sync on your opponents turn

btw phoenix it's oo-blee-et. It's a long narrow dungeon in the ground that Areadbhair is shoving the Ice Barrier Dragons into, pretty fitting for a counter trap honestly.

i’ve always loved dragunity cause i thought it was hilarious the idea of the bigger dragons picking up the smaller ones and using them as blunt instruments lmao but you’ve definitely made them better for me competitively especially using such an underrated awesome deck

I mixed Dragunities with Red Demon Dragons so I can bring out Scar Red Nova and King calamity. Imo The RDA mix with Dragunity is fun

How often do you brick? It took a lot of testing and I couldn't fit samsara cause one more garnet just hurts. Plus you can get a board with 2 monster negates, a bounce, and omni negate plus trap without him.
Yea sure I could use all 5 cards in my hand to do that. But I'll keep using 2 card hands to do that because of Samsara Dragon existing and use the other 3 cards to play through hand traps.
@@PhoenixFlareX you dont need all 5 cards in your hand to do that... and you definitely would need more than 2 cards with samsara. I run dragunity as well and have used him also. Opening remus pretty much means you'll need 2 cards to make a basic board and 3 cards is 3 negates and a bounce. I was just curious if he clogged your hand whenever you dont open remus and how you play around it. That's if you dont have cards of consonance with tuners and etc. Cause bricks do exist lol

Dragunity was one of the Secret Packs I unlocked when buying the limited bundles so I decided to dump the first few thousand gems I had into that Secret Pack to make a deck.
I'll definitely work my way to this deck.
master duel sucks for being a red eyes player, they banned dragoon instead of anaconda so we automatically lose our strongest card, they didnt even put red eyes alternative black dragon in the game which is a slight pain, and then dark magicians (minus dragoon) and blue eyes is everywhere with all their cards at full power

Could you explain what shenanigans one can do with the pendulum cards?
Are they just for the start, as Revolution searches Darkwurm, he gets into the GY via ravine and comes on board with additional discard fodder in the hand?
it's that and Revolution can also be put into the Scale to revive one of my Dragon Synchros (Gae Dearg 99.999% of the time) This means you can make Crystal Wing on summon 5, then scale Revolution Dragon and continue to full combo.

Tbh I don't really understand pendulum summons fully in general (I am a returnee that played Dragunity back when synchro were the only extra deck summons). So what about the buster lock with dmz? It's still a one card combo with Ravine, an extender like extra Remus, chaos space, baby roc plays through any ht besides Maxx c and droll. The issue I have though, is that I don't have enough good starters. Remus Ravine (gold sarc+tempest and terraforming) are the only ones that I can full combo with. I have to rethink about chaos space because of samsara but I don't think I can end on buster lock.
Also the biggest issue is that I don't have cards that can get rid of my opponent's cards. I was finding myself p,aging scrap dragon to out backrow since it's the only extra deck dragon with an effect that destroys.
Why is borrelend not legal sadge
The second duel is the reason that im gonna build this as my next deck. I only play combo decks that can still win even if there combo gets stopped. Thats why me faveourite combo deck is pend magicians, as if u get hand trapped to death, often Pendulum graph control is enough to win
