Took me 2 hours of videos and testing but finally got it. (The last owner only had the running light wired up and just left the other wires hanging/unprotected or covered in 10 wraps of electrical tape.) I’m so happy it’s over.
kiet bui we sell them in our store tstindustries.com . If you want the 04-07 1000RR specific kit, it has mounting hardware to attach your signals to the subframe, and plug and play connectors. That kit can be found here tstindustries.com/TST-LED-Rear-Signal-Kit-Honda-03-16-CBR600RR-04-07-CBR1000RR.html
The installation shown in this video showed the flow of installing a tail light that has turning lights integrated into it. The external signals you see on this bike are our ARO18 model. We discontinued selling them through our main outlets but they will be available in the garage sale page on our website not too long from now. Here is a link to garage sale: tstindustries.com/tst-garage-sale/
Hi, I have a 2004 CBR 1000rr and I'm having some taillight issues. The previous owner has two resistors installed and they get super hot. Too hot to hold in my hand and all within about 10 seconds of a blinker being on. I'm assuming that's not normal? I didn't see any resistors on your set up in this video. Can i just run my wires right to the tail light without any issues? Thanks
Sphios You can remove the resistors. That will cause your signals to flash really fast but at least you will not have two cumbersome heated elements floating around your trunk. If you want to fix the fast flash problem properly you can install an LED Flasher Relay. You can see the installation of that part on a 2008-2011 1000RR here: th-cam.com/video/Va_WrjYt4Wg/w-d-xo.html . The reason why I chose to include the link for the video on that bike is because your relay on the 04-05 model is in a relatively similar location. Your relay is in the middle of the headlight. You might be able to access it just by removing the windscreen.
@@DsCheng81 oh man, those are rare nowadays. I owned the 2004 model and did the relay on that back then. From what i remember I was able to get to if from under the windscreen but im not 100 % on other components having to come off. The headlight assembly is split with an area in between that houses the relay. You just have to get in there

Not sure if you're trolling or serious. Either way, that's covered in your owners manual and the keyhole is on the left side (clutch side) of the bike on the rear tail fairing.

Hey i need thos metal brackets that hook the taillight to the farring and the screws and bolts. Do you sell thos
We do not. Try mrcycles.com . They will hook you up.
My white plug on the harness doesn’t appear to fit the twilight. The two blinker wires fit fine. Any insight?
