dear sir, at 92 you should most definitely not weigh the same you did in high school, unless you were a little chubby back then. you need "cushion weight", meaning, any unexpected disease will knock you down like a leaf if you don't have some extra weight. I'm not making it up, you can look for it yourself, but I know from experience that at that age you lose weight incredibly fast when any disease hits you.
Since I've started intermittent fasting , I've been able to lose 30 lbs and keep it off . It probably saved me from an early stroke or heart attack. No joke
My A1C levels have dropped to 5.2 from 6.8 . I was diabetic , which significantly raises the risk of heart disease , now I'm not. My abdominal is 34 inches in circumference from 42 inches. That lowers the chances of Diabetes returning. Hence the decreased chances of heart disease. My triglycerides were very high, which increased my chances of a heart attack or stroke, now the levels are normal. My blood pressure went from an average of 170 over 96 to 127 over 77 . My blood pressure, at it's highest was 215 over 135. That is what I mean by saying that I probably saved myself from a heart attack or stroke . I have also researched how to clean your arteries out via a health diet. Many doctors give answers to such questions on Google.
You drink only water. The best is giving body brake at night. Eat 3 hour before sleep and and 1 to 2 hour after weake up. You get 11/12 h when you sleep 7 h.
You are so resilient. I lose sleep when someone of no importance misunderstands me. I can’t even imagine the amount of pressure and stress you undergo on a routine basis.
Oh gosh, me too. I can't stand misunderstanding or being misunderstood. I really get hung up on it. It doesn't help that I can be very literal as well.
Yeah definitely keto and omad is really effective if you know what you’re doing. I lost 25lb in record time for myself like that but I ended up skinnyfat because I didn’t take care of my muscles so I lost both fat and lean tissues and my fat percentage stayed the same. Now I’m trying to do body recomposition lol lesson learned try to go to the gym even when losing weight to tell the body to not burn muscles or something like that wish I did my research sooner so I would’ve saved time
I have been alternate day fasting for about 5 months now (about 36 hours at a time) and I have lost 30 pounds so far! Once I reach my goal weight I will either intermittent fast for 16 hours a day or I will only eat about 4-5 days per week for maintenance. Fasting is definitely the way to go!
@brittanyclaudio5882 Yes, they would be in a deficit as most times you can't even eat as much when you break the fast, plus you're eating healthier. I've done it too and lost 20 lbs in 6 months
As a diabetic keeping insulin levels low is a necessity for me I do it by strength training and walking on an incline with some HITT training. Fat doesn't start falling off of me until my insulin meal requirements are low I've been in every range of the spectrum from needing 30 units per meal to only needing 3. I also carb cycle meaning I have a day where I eat higher amount of carbs and others where I eat as few as possible. I've found I'm not cranky or tired when I do this and I have plenty of energy for the daunting workouts. Fasting will strip fat off I don't go 24 hours but I will do 16hours it keeps glucose levels low and I feel great. On a fast keep in mind to stay hydrated and intake electrolytes from sources like Himalayan and Celtic salt.
I’ve been IF’ ing for almost 3 months now (8:16) and every other week I fast the whole day which ends up being about 36 hours. I’m down 34lbs Eating light is not what you want to do. Just eat healthy satiating foods. I eat tuna, mackerel, salmon, chicken, eggs, avocado, beans, quinoa, beets, 2 servings of fruit a day, Greek yogurt, veggies, protein shakes, oatmeal, nuts, hemp and flax seeds. Hardly any sugar, only drink water (which has always been my drink of choice) complex carbs. I eat sour dough bread when I want bread. I’m never hungry. I work out hard 2 days a week moderately 2 days and walk almost every day. So far so good👌🏽
A woman, who was a PHD teacher in literary studies, wrote a book about doing two 9-day dry fasts that killed the Lyme disease in her body. She was ready to commit suicide because she was so sick! I would do this to get rid of my Lyme in a heartbeat if it would work for me and not kill me❣️
From what I heard your body absorbs the airs water so it's really important to do it near a large body of clean water and nature helps too with healing energy--but these fasts are dangerous.. obviously and really should be supervised.
He just showed a photo as an example of a source for micronutrients. He didn't say fruit is the only place you can get them. He also showed a photo of meat when he talked about healthy proteins, but meat isn't the only source of healthy protein either.
Seriously? My husband eats an entire bag if chips with dip BEFORE dinner . Drinks like a fish and has a hard time keeping weight on . I eat strict keto and exercise and can’t lose weight.
I'm assuming he has an active job? Builder, Labourer, something of the sort? Do you have an active job? A manual job? Exercise is the biggest key to weight loss. Diet is only half the battle. I'd suggest increasing your cardio exercises. Try swimming twice a week. Weight lifting with low weight, with high reps. Just try to be more active if you're struggling with weight loss. The key to remember is "If you think you're doing enough, but the weight isn't going anywhere, then you're not doing enough" Goodluck on your journey!
Keto, like any other diet, isn't for everyone. Keto seemed to mess up my hormones and didn't work well for me long term. I switched to a high protein diet (1g for every lb of ideal body weight) and eat some carbs now along with healthy fats. That coupled with daily exercise has been working for me. I was so convinced keto was the only way, that this change required a mental shift for me. I have so much energy now and I'm feeling better. If it's not working for you, don't be afraid to try something else like I was for so long!
Guess what? We are not all the same! I’m polycystic WITH hypoglycemia and supposedly insulin resistant which MAKES ZERO SENSE!! One can’t have low blood sugar events while being resistant to insulin working. As I’m FINALLY going into menopause at almost 63, I lose weight when not ovulating but gain weight when ovulating. I’ve been watching everything carefully since being diagnosed at 41!! Hormones have a huge role that’s being ignored. I cannot fast!! I did intermittent fasting for 15+ years until it was doing damage!! I now just listen to my body. If I’m hungry earlier in the day, I eat balanced. Eat unprocessed foods as much as possible!
Maybe it would be helpful the check out Dr. Mindy Pelz book Fast Like a Girl. She has great tips on working with your hormones to get the most from fasting. God Bless.
Hello there, please check out Dr. Mindy Pelz (Fast like a girl-guess what, we women should never fast throughout pur whole cycle!!!) and Jessie aka glucose goddess. It may give you answers that address your problems. Hope for healing for you. ❤
Do feasting once a day and go 23 hours no food. If you get a headache or feel light heads eat a small snack but usually for me eating once a day is king
I fast intermittently every day - I don’t eat between meals, especially the long stretch between dinner and breakfast. Honestly, I don’t see any better program than that.
Yes, I noticed my blood sugar at borderline levels so decided to change my eating habits. Now I eat beef, chicken, tunafish, eggs, oranges, grapes and green beans. I will have short periods when I eat a little not so good food but I stress a little. This happens once a day around 6 Pm and I eat very slow for a few hours. Then nothing till the following 6 Pm meal. I am 74 6ft 6in, and started at about 305lbs. Five months later I am 255 lbs. I have stayed here but need to get at around 230. I am now drinking only water and more of it and trying to stay away from sugars. Probably have to cut back on my fruit and occasional desert. But I will. Oh and I am fairly active as I heat with wood and love to cut trees and split wood by hand, get something physical done around the house every day.
Thank u this is my 3rd day of IF and I fell guilty bc I though I over eat by eating 3meals and lately but my eating was healthy breakfast was okras and 1chicken arifry leftover lunch bakes chicken patty and larger peach dinner chicken jalfrezi
Keto isn’t healthy! I know I did keto for years.! Eating .6 eggs everyday with high fat! Now I have clogged arteries! And had 2 A/fib! It’s unhealthy diet
I guess now science is actually discovering the benefits of fasting, which is great. But, fasting was prescribed all along by the almighty. Nice video.
3:55 I’ve seen and experienced so much of the contrary: the former types can go through junk like a conveyor belt and look like a twig. Where types like me can just LOOK AT the junk they’re eating and feel their jeans getting tighter 🤦🏻♀️ Intermittent fasting just leaves me hangry and I’ve found myself getting fatter even despite eating less quantity of healthy foods by I.F. Like my body is punishing me for doing that to it 🤦🏻♀️ I’ve had better results with protein sparing modified fast, it’s just too tough to do living on the road
I'm doing intermittent fasting and keto but I'm struggling to get enough calories. I'm just not that hungry, but then one group of people say you must eat enough calories or you will not lose weight and you'll lose muscle, and then they are others that say didn't worry if your full your full. So I'm confused.
In the same exact situation. I struggle eat 5 small meals throughout the day. Some poeple say eat when you're hungry but after a small meal I'm full : /
I find 250 cal deficit works best for me after 3 years while changing to healthier foods. In the next 18 month my goal is to be back at my high school weight than to maintain. If I'm hungry I eat so it's never a perfect deficit. I have months I cut back more even without trying so just been taking it one day at a time & looking at monthly results not daily. 🍀
The reason that sugary and fried stuff feeds fat is fairly simple. Fat cells are basically just empty sacs that store a specific kind of molecule. Insulin is a hormone which converts sugars that aren't tied up in the molecular chain that is a fat and delivers them to a fat cell. Insulin is released when certain cells are exposed to certain concentrations of shortchain sugars in the blood- IE, high blood sugar = more insulin. More insulin means more sugars being converted into fat, means more fat buildup. Diabetes is a condition where you have too much or too little insulin *for your blood sugar level*- with the "too much" type being more common. In any case, you "feed" your body by taking in a lower amount of mid-length chain sugars- which is pretty much all those found in fruits and vegetables- and a very low amount of already-made fats found in oils and animal fats. The mid-length sugar can provide more energy in lower concentrations, meaning more energy with less buildup of insulin. Having higher concentrations of raw nutrients, including proteins and "premade" animals fats, in combination with active exercise triggers metabolic reactions that "use up" those things and those same reactions will almost always pull a bit of extra fat from your cells to make ends meet since those reactions are very very expensive energy wise. Insulin CAN turn mid-chain sugars into fat if you eat too much of them, and it can of course also deliver pre-made fats into your cells so you do need to be careful. It's 100% about moderating your intake to exactly what your body needs and no more, while activating your metabolism via exercise and proper nutrient intake (you can't send your body into "starvation" mode by being too low on anything for too long, as that will cause your fat cells to lock up and your body to breakdown muscle instead since the fat has become inaccesible- hence the 24hour fast being sort of that limit). Keep your blood sugar *slightly* lower than it "needs" to be for extended periods, while occasionally spiking it back up so your body doesn't flip the "I'm starving" switch, and you'll burn weight stupid fast. But also this requires NOT being lazy, and making compromises in your diet. Learning how to cook properly is a huge step, here, as making healthy food enjoyable is a major way to make dieting easier.
Great video, but I see you falling into the trap of calling out micronutrients and associating them with fruits and vegetables. Meats are also packed with micronutrients and animal foods have the most bioavailable forms of micronutrients. If people lean into minimally processed meats, they are getting protein, healthy fats and micronutrients. The myth of the “superiority of vegetables” needs to die. They are A source of micronutrients, not the ONLY source of micronutrients and frequently not even the best source of micronutrients.
American scientist who do research on reverse aging are all plant based. And so much famous people who look amazingly young are plant based. Think about Louis Corona...
He LITERALLY said you need the vegetables, the micronutrients of fruit, and then the GOOD PROTEIN and continues to show photos of meat/steak. Do you guys even listen, or are all of you adhd due to a lack of fruit and vegetables in your diet. Just because he didn't say 'the micronutrients of the good protein' doesn't mean he refutes it. Your healthy gut biome is dependent on fruits and vegetables, not protein. Lean and limited protein is good but definitely does not trump what the fiber in fruit and vegetables actually do for you in your gut, intestines, and brain.
@@PebbleBeachLife You don’t need the micronutrients of plants. That’s my point. The meat that is giving you the healthy protein and fats, also gives you a higher quality micronutrient.
Calorie deficits with increased exercise only work for a short time. The body just adapts to less energy coming in and more going out by burning less fat reserves and lowering your overall metabolic rate. If you go too far, it'll make up for the lack of energy by tapping into your muscle for fuel.
Thanks, Doc! I started fasting at the end of last year and it got me past my plateau. I am now about 7 pounds away from my goal body fat percentage. Good to know about 24 hours as being the sweet spot for losing fat but not muscle. My question is, can resistance training maybe allow for a little longer fasts without losing muscle? I have started incorporating one to two 36 hour fasts per week and have been doing resistance training consistently for the last two years.
Hi Dr.! Whatis your opinion about the new study about intermittend Fasting which says that there is a 91% increase on heart infarction and stroke when IF is done (already of 16:8 fasting)? I wonder why now a study came out which says the absolute contrary to all other studies done on IF,. They found significant muscle loss too.
@@BukolaSivebukola I thought Dr.Z. has his own opinion on that content and issue. If I would want an answer from HER I would ask her. But I asked Dr.Z....
I can only go about 12 hours and then I get very sick if I don't eat. Headache, lightheaded, nausea, vomiting and lethargic. Is there a way I can change that so I can start fasting?
I'm not a doctor but Sounds like a blood sugar issue. You might be really insulin resistant. If you eat a lot of simple carbs/ sugars, it makes your blood sugar really easy to spike and get really really low when not eating for a short time. Lots of ways to improve this
Sounds like your body is addicted to the sugar and carbs. Try eliminating the sugar, then unhealthy carbs and then you can start fasting. Be patient with yourself and do it in steps. 😊 Good luck.
Some people take minerals like LMNT (check amazon), I believe it's magnesium, potassium, and salt. Supposed to help your electrolytes. Also take some B12 they have liquid forms or pills.
Keto isn’t a healthy way of eating. ! I did keto for years. ! Eating 6 eggs everyday with high fat ..! I have clogged arteries and had 2 A/fib! Keto isn’t healthy for us
Msm is great! It healed both of my knees when doctors said I would need surgery. Vit C enhances the absorption. Ditched the crutches after only 5 days and no more limp after 14 days. Practically a miracle.
What’s the intermittent fasting rhythm you recommend? Sorry if I missed it. I struggle with 16/8 so I try 12/12 and 14/10. More impact for me has my daily exercising. Weights, kettlebell, walking, mobility and functional training on fitness trails. Plus reduced carb, lower number of meals, less snacking, cooking. Works well for me, 60 yrs, down 15 kg in a year. Most important, adapt and find your way, then make it a lifestyle long term.
I fast for 2 weeks, then purposefully put back the 20 lbs I lose - over 3 months slightly over-feeding for that period. A 'water only' fast still take minerals + vitamins, no food though. Why fast+feed 4 times a year? 1) I can eat a lot in-between don't have to watch my weight, if I get fat faster I fast sooner 2) Apoptosis - sounds scary 'cell death' - but the body is intelligent in targeting cells to kill... few actual studies (no money in marketing 'not eating' lots of money in pharmaceuticals and keto foods - so no funding to universities to research this) but the few studies there are seem to support some cancers are actually dissolved, same plaque in arteries, same brain plaques (Alzheimer's). On exiting your bodies growth hormone spikes not by 10% but by 2000% if you eat carbs and protein on exit your muscles really benefit. I avoid carbs mostly but a study showed sugars+protein are synergistic in muscle growth phase.
The most fasting I have done is 12 days, no food, just water. I want to return to a longer fast maybe 20-30 days, just water. I have severe nerve pain and read that when you go without food the body repairs itself entirely. There is no cure for nerve pain, I’ve tried everything except no food, just water. After 12 days , my severe pain has not been reduced. I’m going to try again, but this time for 30 days. You keep talking about walking, isn’t there anything a person who can’t walk can do? Thank u
I've lost 30Kg eating 6-7 times a day, and most of what I eat is carbs. Simply by counting calories. I can't believe "Dr."s always ignore fitness industry who is the best at losing fat in practice, not just theoretical speak.
Disagree. The reason I say that is there is some fiber and cellulose structures that hold onto the juice/sugar, so the body has to break it down to get to the sugar. Whereas the fruit juice is already broken from the fiber/cellulose structures contained in the fruit. Even so, eat in moderation and if you can measure it, it’s always better. Some people can tolerate something’s where others might not. I don’t prescribe to the notion that diets are one size fits all, otherwise I would think we would all have the same allergies, etc. too.
What about those of us who rarely eat at all and exercise 7 days a week. I don't lift weights, I hate it, and it decreases my feminine qualities. I only do cardio. I don't eat fried foods, carbs, sugar, starchy vegs, or fruits (sugar). When I do feel like eating, I will take a small one inch bite of chicken breast and one fork full of non-startchy vegs. I really hate eating, and I was like that when I was a baby even. I don't know why I'm not losing body fat. I have lost about 5 pounds of muscle, which is good, and now I don't look manly and muscular. I need suggestions on losing fat and a little more muscles.weight.

OMAD - One meal per day. I recommend eating at most a minimal meal (f.ex small cup of natural yogurt) early in the morning and then a proper meal at noon, then water fast rest of the day
Just eat in the morning and water fast for the rest of the day that’s what I do and it worked but I only do it two days a week then I go back to my usual calorie deficit stuff for the next week and then repeat
I am a type 2 diabetic, and I cannot get my glucose to come down. I have been doing very low carb, virtually no sugar, high protein & fat (basically ketovore now), plus at least 16/8 fasting each day, for a few years now, and my glucose is usually 200+ in the morning. It drops throughout the day and night, but then skyrockets with the dawn phenomenon. I try to walk or ride a stationary bike 4-5 times a week, and am also trying to do pushups, planks, and dumbbell workouts. Nothing is bringing my glucose or A1C (currently at 7.1) down. I tried taking Metformin last year, and it was bringing the glucose/A1C down slowly, but it gave me bad diarrhea. Now I'm taking berberine every day (started on March 5th), but my morning glucose has jumped up past 200 again. I feel like I just wanna give up because nothing I do is working. Any advice/guidance you can give, Dr. Nick, I would truly appreciate! Thanks so much!
How bout trying a carb manager app. Track every thing you eat and it adds it up. I was surprised how it adds up so quickly even if though I was eating healthy foods.
Maybe you are eating too much protein. Excess protein is converted into sugar later after you eat. If you eat too much of it at night and go to sleep, you going to to have high blood sugar levels in the morning. If you do resistance trading, aim for 2g per kg of body weight as a maximum protein intake.
@@ArthurKite that's a good observation. If I'm eating too much protein, then I'm kinda in a difficult situation regarding my glucose/diabetes...I had to have my gallbladder removed a few years ago, so if I eat too much fat, my liver doesn't produce enough bile to emulsify higher levels of dietary fat, and I get diarrhea. So I can't go too high on the fat intake, and if it's too much protein that's spiking my glucose in the morning, then I guess I'll have to start eating vegetables again to get the nutrients and minerals. I've been trying to go completely carnivore over the past couple of years.
@@raymakara do a blood work and try some vegetables. Avoid starch and fruit and you are good to go. Choose low fat protein and add your fats from good sources like olive oil. Do another blood work 30 days after and see how you are and specially how you feel.

Ok depending on her tolerance to exercise get her doing compound exercises with weights (look it up) start slowly one set per body part not too many Exercises because your trying to find Her ability to recover , 8-10 reps per exercise. Diet should be high protein moderate fat from animal not seed oils as this causes inflammation & moderate carbs. Also if her digestive system is weak stay on fish & chicken for her protein if she can handle red meat eat steak once a week. Hope this helps
I’m doing it every day (technically 23 hours) - One Meal a Day (OMAD). When I get to my goal weight I’ll mix that up so I don’t get too thin (not a problem I’ve ever had)
That's up to your body and your determination. You are not going to die. If your in ketosis your just gonna burn body fat but 36 hours won't likely put you in ketosis but exercise will speed up the process of kick starting ketosis.
Ay my glutes buildup is kinda nice I don't want to lose that but like I am just JUSTT a little chubby Can't join gym, Since I'm a student I'm just fasting But I still eat like 2 or 3 bananas and 1 coffee a day Is that okay? Or should I just drink water and nothing else?
I did a 72hr fast and on 70hrs my glucose was 118. Is this normal or did I do something wrong I am insulin resistance and have IF on and off for over 4 years.
I have done intermittent fasting before, it seemed to work for me like 2 years ago. Tried again this month, doing it arguably harder with one meal a day twice a week, my waistline is not moving and my sleep is getting bad. Long story short I am suspecting diabetes, because I wake up with an adrenaline rush, around 4, which might be the symogi effect, caused by blood sugar going too low at night. Not sure how I would lose weight if this is true.
Carnivore diet will reverse any pre diabetes you may or may not have. Try it for 90 days see how you feel. Just make sure to keep your electrolytes up.
Fasting...it allows your body to go into Autophagy around the 16 to 18 hour point of a fast and that's when your body is able to begin recycling on a cellular level which can help with loose skin.
Can't go by that, as everyone reacts differently. There are people out there that have a decent amount of fruits daily and keep the weight and ailments down. Some people can't eat any fruits.
Please address overcoming gluconeogenesis. It is extremely hard to loose any weight if your body continues to make sugar. I am trying not to starve myself so I do IF 16/8 sometimes more while trying to stay fit and ear healthy. Can’t loose the weight I gained in my abdomen especially. Trying to out exercise a good diet! Eat less more often. 5 lbs to highschool weight of 185. Not stopping til 175. Exercise sucks but never fails.
great vid! how often are you saying to perform a 24 hr fast?
I aim for one a week.
I’ve been IF’ ing for almost 3 months now (8:16) and every other week I fast the whole day which ends up being about 36 hours. I’m down 34lbs
Eating light is not what you want to do.
So far so good👌🏽
You're lucky. I will NOT lose weight eating any kind of carbs.😢

Seriously? My husband eats an entire bag if chips with dip BEFORE dinner . Drinks like a fish and has a hard time keeping weight on . I eat strict keto and exercise and can’t lose weight.

Exercise is the biggest key to weight loss. Diet is only half the battle.
I'd suggest increasing your cardio exercises.
Try swimming twice a week.
Weight lifting with low weight, with high reps.
Just try to be more active if you're struggling with weight loss.

Keto is rubbish. No experienced dietician would ever recommend it for anyone unless they had severe food allergies and literally had no other choice.
God Bless.

My only issue is after a fast, I tend to over-eat, like I want to make up for all the time I wasn't eating.
Even if you eat double the amount you would normally eat in that meal, it would still be less than what you would have eaten during 24 hours.
Try to eat more protein rich foods ,that way you stay full for a longer period of time and won't overeat ..
I think this channel has some recipes that you should check out , Maybe you could try them
Do feasting once a day and go 23 hours no food.
If you get a headache or feel light heads eat a small snack but usually for me eating once a day is king

👍👍Question is fruit sugar bad for fat lost ? should i avoid fruits for the best results ?
You're 74!! Awesome that you're shopping wood!!

It’s so scary to eat now because of what they are doing to food 😔
I'm doing intermittent fasting and keto but I'm struggling to get enough calories. I'm just not that hungry, but then one group of people say you must eat enough calories or you will not lose weight and you'll lose muscle, and then they are others that say didn't worry if your full your full. So I'm confused.
In the same exact situation. I struggle eat 5 small meals throughout the day. Some poeple say eat when you're hungry but after a small meal I'm full : /
Consume more protein no matter what, and calculate your calories while eating.
Eat a fixed calorie to maintain/lose your weight.
Been a long time Doc!
How do you fast 24h without starving? I do 16/8 and that is already very uncomfortable
I didn't hear him say not to eat meat? He mentioned and showed a photo of healthy proteins.
@@BrettSmashylol. Don't need fruit n veg/fibre ay. Good luck.
Calorie deficits with increased exercise only work for a short time. The body just adapts to less energy coming in and more going out by burning less fat reserves and lowering your overall metabolic rate. If you go too far, it'll make up for the lack of energy by tapping into your muscle for fuel.
I'm going to try skipping the fasting and carbohydrate reduction; and go straight to the don't overeat.
I'm not a doctor but Sounds like a blood sugar issue. You might be really insulin resistant. If you eat a lot of simple carbs/ sugars, it makes your blood sugar really easy to spike and get really really low when not eating for a short time. Lots of ways to improve this
Sounds like your body is addicted to the sugar and carbs. Try eliminating the sugar, then unhealthy carbs and then you can start fasting. Be patient with yourself and do it in steps. 😊 Good luck.

If you can do water, coffee and green tea the whole day and eat a proper meal at 06:00 pm
What a great video!!
Thank u
We do have to have it though there are some people that can eat as much of the unhealthy foods and still look good
I've lost 30Kg eating 6-7 times a day, and most of what I eat is carbs. Simply by counting calories. I can't believe "Dr."s always ignore fitness industry who is the best at losing fat in practice, not just theoretical speak.
Fruit is the big caution. Take grapes as an example… might as well drink a fruit juice. Fructose if transferring way to fast.
What do you feel about honey? Doesn't honey act differently than cane sugar? Isn't honey medicinal? ... Doesn't honey act like a medicine?

Most people interested in this already know it
Going into a caloric deficit is not good. It is far to take a long walk every day and lift weights.
Is the study flawed that now states IF leads to heart issues? Or is the issue caused by the Govt VAX cardiac "event" (their word not mine)
They just want to keep everybody sick so they will stay on meds for the rest of their life to make more money for big pharma and these doctors.
If I'm doing a 24 or 36 hours of fasting. How much can I exercise during that period? Is it possible to over do it?
That's up to your body and your determination. You are not going to die. If your in ketosis your just gonna burn body fat but 36 hours won't likely put you in ketosis but exercise will speed up the process of kick starting ketosis.

I have done intermittent fasting before, it seemed to work for me like 2 years ago. Tried again this month, doing it arguably harder with one meal a day twice a week, my waistline is not moving and my sleep is getting bad.
