Im polishing my marble floor with a polish machine a apply water separatly(I dont have a machine like) at speed 2 wich should be around 1500-2000rpm but I cant achive that gloosy finish and the tiles stay with some sort of darkish stain all over, like when we dont rinse the water properly. any tips? I can't buy material where I live, nobody seels stuff like that.

What do the 9000, 13,000 grits do? Would those be used as touch up pads when you already have a shiny surface and just want to enhance the gloss?
