Man I overtook a singly ridden Cbr 250r with my Duke 200 along pillion on uphill road with 60 deg incline and turns.
I went from plains to hills to ride while the cbr250 guy was a local.
Now please stop making ridiculous hater comments.Accept the fact that KTM and Honda gear ratios are different, KTM engine supports massive acceleration anywhere while Honda puts higher top speed but cannot keep it for long.

The compression ratios are usually dangerously high therefore they have to limit rpms and top speeds, leaving them no choice but to put everything in the acceleration department. If a cbr overtakes the d250, the d250 will have no chance left

bro i own CBR 250r repsol i done 155 MPH here in chennai roads are bit congested not often we can do hiher speeds,,,,my first choice of buy was duke 250 due to delivery delay i bought repsol over duke love em both ,my question is RPM 11000 wats that ? and do they used any mods to increase speed in CBR? is that u mean mods used ??? cos in youtube forum i see many CBR users easily doing 170MPH some even reaches 200 MPH help me out this? mine s pure stock its hard for me to cross 150 mph once it crosses it climbs to higher speed very slow

brother just wanted to let uh knw... the CBR 250R guy would have achive more dan 173+ speee if would have sat in aerodynamic position... uh can clearly see the cbr guys is still in his position... n i just wanted to let uh knw this cz i had taken my bike till the speed of 172... i insist uh to next tym keep my advice in mind... i hope uh take it as a request n nothing else.. uh guys are doing a god job.. cz really duke riders think that there is no competition for duke..

Easy change gears when rpm is 9-10k. In 5th gear 9.5km rpm cbr does around 142km/h ( stock version) with other performance it could be more

I am an ex-cbr250r owner/lover, now i ride a duke 390. When it comes to highways cbr250 feels 90% as much capable as duke 390. Thats a great feat comparing the 19 bhp/140cc advantage the 390 has. it is the best 250 in market, for the highways.

It's so closely priced to Duke 390 but it misses out on important things like abs,Metz tyres and full led headlamps. It's a minor upgrade over Duke 200 in terms of features and it's price is ridiculous.
