Can you suggest a modification or another option during the bicep curl I feel an old injury on my right bicep starting to bug me again. I did this full with no pain but sometimes it's the after irritation I'm starting to feel. So maybe a different move for next time I do this session Anything helps! Thanks Dez 😊
For visually impaired viewers, it would be helpful if you could say what you are about to do instead of just saying what springs we will need. Sometimes, you start the movement without even saying what you are doing. So, in this class, for example, you said “holding here” while you actually started pulsing the arm.

If you did this with your elbow lifted you could try propping it on your knee? That's what I did and I felt like that was rhe support I needed

Agree. This is one of the best exercise forms and perfect for visually impaired. Good point.
It’s hard to follow you when you go to the other side. Can’t see what you are doing. You need two cameras. Other than that you are great!
