    Idk if you’re looking for improvement or value my opinion but I was frustrated with the lack of flow. It was frustrating when the exercises with cross straps weren’t groups together so I had to cross and uncross straps multiple times and also the sitting periods in between exercises. It felt a lot like stop and start, and I didn’t like that aspect.
