    Nah. I've been choked and forced to give my number before going home from school in Chicago. He held me there and threatened to beat me if my phone didn't ring (if I gave me a fake number). They will kill you for saying no...
    Women NEED to keep speaking on the violence, harassment and fear men put them through on the daily until the world is tired of hearing about it like we are living it.
    I rejected a man on the Metra, in broad daylight, and he pinned me down on my back in the seat. He was on top of me with all of his weight and no one did anything while I screamed. Some people started leaving to go into another car, and a woman just sat diagnally from us watching. It was one of the worst experiences of my life.

    • @shanicrystal8671
      @shanicrystal8671 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I hate to say this but it’s the incels who behave like this. That’s why even though women complain about players and f boys, they are not much of a threat to us, they can get women so they don’t tend to hassle one woman. Plus they have big egos so if you reject them they won’t even pay you mind again. But a lonely man who can’t get women is going to get nasty eventually. And instead of working on themselves to become more desirable to women they become destructive towards us too. Confident men are safer than insecure ones. The most masculine men I know do not behave like that they keep their emotions in check and I hate all these buzzwords but it’s the only way I can describe it.

      I have some stories from my youth, and we used to give out fake phone numbers too. However men seem to have become way more agressive these days. I can remember that there were many situations where other men stepped in to stop someone from doing something stupid, and it seems that this is not the case anymore. E.g in the situation where the girl at the club was grabbed by the hair, in my youth at least one other random guy would have stepped in and would have told that man to leave her alone. Maybe men have stopped having male friendships and going out with "the boys", so they are not checking on each other's behaviour anymore? I don't know what has changed.

And there was still a dude nearby that tried to "not-all-men" us while we were trying to assure this coworker that she did nothing wrong because he took issue with her saying she was scared of men who approach her most of the time. A Honda Civic with about 6-7 guys packed in it stopped by me, the passenger asked for my number, i respectfully said “oh no thank you im ok” he continued to berate me about my number and they all started telling me to get in the car with them (mind you im 14, these guys look like grown men), I did the silly giggle & look around nervously thing we women tend to do when in uncomfortable situations. They rode off cursing me and calling me names, i was like THANK GOD (grateful to only be met with name calling). A few minutes later they ride pass me again and throw rocks, dirt, sticks, and some kind of juice on me while laughing and calling me more names. In that moment it dawned on me how evil men could be.
    Think about it! I don’t know if these men had sticks, dirt and rocks just in the car with them (I’d hope not) so that means they pulled away from me, pulled in somewhere, got out the car, picked up all kinds of dirt and stuff, CAME BACK TO WHERE I WAS, JUST TO THROW THE STUFF AT ME?!?!?!!!! GROWN MEN!!!?! They took all that time, effort, and energy out of their day to embarrass me simply because I didn’t want to give my number to one of them or get in the car with them…
    I was 14, I’ll be 30 in one week and this memory has stuck with me vividly for many years. It was one of many core memories of how dangerous and hurtful men could be for little to no reason.

Multiple times during my walks, men back up down the street or bust u-turns to talk to me (I’m looking crazy and sweaty). I have to square up and hold the rod with two hands. It still usually takes a while and several head shakes (No) that I don’t want them. They usually drive off slowly staring in their rearview or side mirrors. @AllUserNamesAreUsed Indeed and i'm also seeing a lot of comments blaming feminism like these men weren't way worse back when women had no rights. They literally legalized women getting raped and beat up by their husbands just to exercise their power. What reason did they have to do those disturbing things when they had power over us if it is all about feminism? The truth is men have always had this false sense of entitlement and they do disturbing things because they can. Feminism and the other stuff just adds fuel to the fire that was already there.

    This is true. I will never forget sitting in the hallways of my college hearing girls on the phone trying to swat away boys who are demanding their social security number. I heard one girl call her friend and she had it on speaker phone and her friend was yelling "Girl, that boy is trying to violate you!" And I was glad that her friend was so supportive and strong for her, but I was shocked at how frequently girls had to deal with this getting her number thing.
    If I didn't give you my number, try me. But a lot of younger women do not have the tools yet.
    And even now, I have to be alert as I am older. But if someone doesn't understand how modern women are "bitches", man.....come on now. This is why. This is why.

However ONE man called me a b in my twenties while HE walked away.
    I had a friend that would get followed down the subway at night, presumably a man hoping to attack her!

Why do you feel the need to talk for a woman. It’s also sad how when a woman is attacked, nobody helps. Men who think like this really need help for real. Learn to take rejection and move on. And stop blaming women for men attacking them. It has nothing to do with what they’re wearing or where they are. Just like women, men know how to control themselves. These certain men choose not to and rather be predators. I know these same men wouldn’t want their daughters to be attacked or taken advantage of

She said no she's not interested and tried to keep walking. He pulls out a gun and SHOOTS HER IN THE CHEST. These males honestly don't understand that just because you're interested in her doesn't mean she's interested in you too by default. You don't automatically get a chance just cuz YOU'RE interested. To this day, if I tell a man I'm not interested, he wants to know why and starts trying to change my mind or convince me to give a chance. If I'm not interested, I'm not interested.
