In some videos you use a strobe hitting the ceiling for fill/bg although you have the 4x6 for same purpose, when do you use it and when not?
With Larson now out of business, what do you use or recommend for your boxes, both large and medium?

No, they are for the video .. for us not in the studio lighting.
