Love these videos and have learned so much and helped encourage me to restore my 59 Farmall 140 back to working order. I bought a case international 245 recently and love it but just cant seem to find parts
Mitsubishi must be a mega company. They've been partnered up with Caterpillar and build the compact crawlers such as the D3s and D4s and have so since the 1960s.
Japanese manufacturers knew a lot more about 15-30 hp tractors than US manufacturers, since they had been manufacturing these for decades using quality control practices that US didn't know much about til later. Unfortunately Case-IH completely abandoned these lines and discontinued parts. I have an IH 284 and a 70's era Yanmar. I can go and buy pretty much any new part I need for the Yanmar; close to nothing is available for the 284. IH shows no loyalty to customers of these tractors.
They must have been OK as CaseIH carried on selling the Mitsubishi sourced tractors. The IH 234 became the CaseIH 234, 244 became the 245. The Komatsu built IH 274 was replaced by Mitsubishi built 265 and the IH 284 was replaced by the Mitsubishi built 275
@TheTractorguy140 Yeah its sad all of stuff was made for IH in japan by datsun and Komatsu in the 80's all the small tractors were . Shame . guess it was cheaper .

Bought a 234 with 500 hrs on it 2 years ago. It's a little champion!
Cool, love the video ❤
Crazy to see how far Compact Tractors have come along
The 274 & 284 were built by Kimco (Komatsu IH Japan)
The 200 Series model featured here were built by Mitsubishi Japan.
