I love your videos ❤️ Back in the day when I first had depersonalization and went through all my anxiety it was so scary because no one I knew understood . I remember I would talk about the dreamworld , that’s what I called it . What a blessing now people can get so much information online❤️ keep up the good work . Anxiety disorder sucks and is so scary but you can heal . It takes a lot of work and trusting in yourself but you definitely can heal from it.

    Sir,
I am 17 year old boy and I have fear of losing sight since I was 12 and still have.. anyways I was somehow going throw my life with like ignoring.
But 3 months back i went school with a different fear because I watched a movie last night about losing sight.
And when I was in school I suddenly felt like dizzy and started worrying about I will lose my sight and came home with high level of anxiety which I never had before..
I searched my symptoms online and gave me a result I have tumor/stroke because I even had headache cause of overthinking.
And then I started worrying more and more...
But slowly my symptoms were going and I thought I was my anxiety but brain was not able to convince but still I moved on..
And also I have floaters since small and haven't notice it.
But when my anxiety cycle started I started noticing floaters and stars and giving me more and more worry..
I googled it and came glaucoma/retinal detachment 😔 depressed again..
Because of this I was not able to sleep..
Before going to sleep I always sleep with worry of losing sight when I wake up..
Sir, please help me with this.
I believe it's because of googling this things.
And yes, even if I am not anxious I get floaters and 1,2 stars in my vision.

      @lasf2360 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

Hi you need to be aware that your anxiety/nervous system is giving you all those scary thoughts to burn off excessive adrenaline. You're not going crazy. Your nervous system is overly sensitized and you need to stop trying to fix it so you give it some rest so it can go back to normal. Just accept it. The more you try to force it to go away, the more it will stay. You have to be ok with feeling uncomfortable and then it will go away whenever your nervous system chooses to make it go away, not you. I thought I had schizophrenia at one point too, this is normal. Hope you feel better.

As an anxiety sufferer, if you never tried meds you were never that badly affected by anxiety disorder. Anxiety is never cured, it is part of the human nervous system. We as humans all have it. The problem is that it's just a learned behavior which I still have solving the issue. We program ourselves in this manner due to being ignorant since the inception period of the first anxiety attack not knowing what to do or not knowing what the nervous systems role is within the minds functioning process.

Hi Henry, there is a part in the video where I said I went to my doctor to get medication and instead of prescribing me some he worked with me to find some other options. Not everyone is as lucky as I was to have a doctor with some knowledge of what an anxiety disorder is. But please do not judge how severe my experience was with anxiety because I didn’t take medication. Watching a 20 minute video of me will not give you the full scope of what I went through and to be honest man it’s rude and silly to comment something like that to someone that has suffered with this. I absolutely agree that we all have anxiety in our life’s but trust me man, you don’t need to live your life with an anxiety disorder. Recovery is there for anyone who is willing to work for it. I wish you the best of luck with your journey.

@@unchainedmikki hahaha I knew you’d be there if I wasn’t. No hate for anyone on here just conversations. I remember it was so hard to believe anyone when you’re in it. I understand where peoples scepticism comes from. That’s why we are here though. If it wasn’t for you, Shaan and the team I’d still be so lost. I love you guys. Thanks for having my back as well 💪.
