  • I wanted to share my interview with Daniela, who not only struggled with dizziness and other symptoms-- but overcame them and now living her life fully and freely.
I hope this inspires you that recovery is possible and that this channel is one step in the right direction toward your healing.

It's been 6 months from rock bottom for me. If you're there right now or close to rock bottom, keep going! Listen to Shaan and read read read Claire Weekes and put everything she says into action. Am I cured with no symptoms? No, not yet, but I am exponentially better.. It will get better!! And it takes time.

    So much truth to this.
I was at a point during my lowest where going to grocery store was a constant panic attack with my Apple Watch to back it up, given my heart rate the entire time during the trip was in the 150s. For me, it wasn’t just being at the store, but I had POTS symptoms where standing up made my heart rate sky rocket and I just kept thinking about that and it got worse and worse.
Now, going to the grocery store is literally, nothing. I feel the same there as I do at home or the couch (my previous safe space)
But the main point is that this didn’t happen over night. It took a lot of uncomfortable trips to stores before it became second nature. Some days I look back in disbelief how far I’ve came.
    Never give up.

You’re the best Shaan. I’m the same way. When the symptoms are stormy and strong I just imagine you being there with me saying what to do.

I'm so glad and hopeful to hear someone who is going through the same struggles and symptoms that I'm going through have found peace and independence again! I'm willing to get there too! Thank you

I want to say thank you to you! Thanks to watching your videos on here I think I can say that I’m recovered or at least my anxiety is in remission. It’s true, you don’t notice it because it’s gradual. I haven’t been watching for about a year because I haven’t needed it. Still to this day I haven’t heard anybody explain anxiety the way you did. It’s not just in your mind and your mood, it is very much in your body and the symptoms feel very physical. It’s so unhelpful when people ask what are you anxious about? I’m not anxious, there is a malfunctioning switch in my body that makes my nervous system think I’m in danger when I’m not. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 thank you for your work

When Shaan said anxiety recovery is behind your toughest symptom it helped me a lot,it sort of made me think of it as a challenge if I can conquer this symptom then the rest is a cake walk

Love this channel, best anxiety content I’ve found in the last two years. She was spot on about sense of community and learning there are others with our type of anxiety. Not the normal occasional anxiety people refer to.

The symptoms are still there but they don’t bother me anymore since I understand sensitization. Just wait for the calm to come. Right Shawn?

What He means by that is how you react when you are having anxiety symptoms. For example Not focusing on it, being calm, knowing that These Symptoms cant harm you. Hope this helps a Bit 😊
