I was lowering fever to my daughter when she was little by giving her cold bath for a few minutes or until you can feel temperature is going down , and it always worked … I’d take cold shower myself as well if I had a fever … it helped every tine

Yes I do have same doubt.. When I'm at home alone, I spend almost all of my time with cell phone. Actually I did the same in last 3/4 days with only 5 hrs of Sleeping. Now I got cough(don't know due to covid or because of this), and less interest for eating(though I have good appetite). Now, ie @night suddenly I got very high shivering from cleaning my foot with water, when I went to washroom. Why did this happened. Is it due to overheating for using mobile with less hrs of sleeping or anything else.

Yes, indeed. If your mobile phone is the one that makes you lay in bed all day and makes you sleep late and lack. It can weaken your immune system causing your body to adapt different kind of illnesses. But phones can't necessarily cause illness unless we use it more than 5-6 hours a day. It is the usage of mobile phones that makes us ill. We can boost our immune by sleeping early which means you have to refrain using your phones when it is time to sleep, eat good food in the right time and wake up early and have breakfast. Breakfast is what keeps our organs function well. I hope this helps.

You are never supposed to fight a fever.. it’s the body naturally fighting the infection.. You are just lengthening or worsening the illness by lowering the fever.. if it’s not in the dangerous temperature range for the age then let it work.

Hii, I am covid positive from past 11 days with ct value 32.4, now a doctor suggested me to start taking 1 supradin tablet after breakfast everyday for 15 day course, 2 vit c chewable tablet in whole day everyday for 8 day couse, 1 Azithromycin tablet 500mg everyday after lunch for 5 days course, 1 ivermactin tablet every night before sleep for 7 day course.
