NYC is 6-7 hours from buffalo/Rochester...that's where you will get the actual best Buffalo wings.

lol, wings in NYC, no, just no. Duff's in Buffalo is what you seek. NY is awesome, but they can't do wings like Buffalo.
PS The real secret to wings is the sauce...you can't make proper Buffalo wings without Frank's Hot Sauce which is blended with melted butter...probably pretty hard to find Franks in England...
PPS anyplace that offer 15 foo foo sauce flavors is not a place to get good wings. Period. For the longest time, in Buffalo, there was mild, medium, hot, and suicidal which are all the same sauce just different in heat level. Plus you could also get BarBQue wings, that was it...

The cameraman is going to give me a seizure. I think he needs a monopod or shoulder rig and to learn to frame the shot, get everything in focus, and then leave the zoom alone. I almost threw up trying to watch this trainwreck.
