Mate - that is only valid and realistic if you practice a lot. All those different clubs are hard to get distance right each time you use them. Most average golfers dont have the time to practice all those shots and that is why we use only 1 or 2 clubs around the green.
Hi mate thanks for you’re reply,I understand what you’re saying I’m just saying it’s good to have a variety of shots .i try and practice as much as I can because short game is crucial in golf .i play off 8 and I struggle with this part of the game.
@@ScottBeaumont-qr7qz I hear you but IMO being very good with 1-2 clubs around the green is better than trying to be good using 4-5 clubs. Pros will spend hours practicing their short shots every day - that is why they can play an 8 or 9 iron chip once a month and do it great. IMO have two clubs - one for high and medium, and one for medium and low. Take both to the local park and use them both while walking around - 1 chip with each to same target.
