    I think for some people following those advice is the best...while for some other's, it will lead to injury righ away who can last an entire life. It is very dangerous for some people to think like that.
    It's about challenging yourself, for sure, but, for some people, like your dad, your stiff friend or... well most people, They need to start with a lot of low intensity stretching and just focus on being consistent and listening to their body.
    So yeah... hope my 2 years long tendonitis from stretching to intensively too often is gonna heal soon.
    Men you have put a lot of work into stretching. Good job fopr that.
    But that is not the hard part.
    The hard part is doing so without getting injured. And that...
    you dont controlled at 100 %.
    It's about genetic, age, sleep, nutrition, past injury, lifestyle, kind of job you have, type of muscle fiber you have, hormone, etc...
    Still i love your work men. Keep it up.
    But for those who could get injured because of this video.

      for sure....if you're starting from a place of zero then you for sure should have a breaking in period with low intensity

    Great vid, totally agree, stretching is like a workout.
    And yeah it’s boring as hell but the payoff is huge

    I dont like the idea of trying hard while stretching. For me there is a big fear of tearing something if I push my stretchimg too far. But then again I'm not very flexible 😂

      that is a lot of peoples fear when they stretch and they start to push it. luckily I myself have never seen or heard of that happening.
