Where did you get your awesome hat?
I'm a high school dancer so I think that this will help a lot with my mobility. Especially thinking about the pike stretch as reps!!
I use to be so flexible but after two kids and lack of self care.. I am so stiff. 😔 Thank you for your channel

approximately 15-30 secs for 3-5 sets per stretch
