I have horrid sagging but 0 wrinkles. Ive found that massaging magnesium oil (mix with glycerine first) gives a wonderful lift as good as surgery because it relaxes the muscles (paradoxically iy seems to be the tension that causes the sagging) but you have to massage the muscles exactly correctly and its taken me about 6 years to finally figure it out! Its tricky to explain too, otherwise Id explain it here. However, there are videos on something called a Tanaka massage which I think does the same thing
@@stefanisilva2493 Its called Better You -but actually whatI do is buy the flakes and melt 1 cup of flakes with 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon of water and then let it cool and scrape it out so its more of a snow like texture rather than flakes. This allows it to be dissolved in cold water and glycerine because I need a very strong concentration I cant just dissolve in warm water the usual way as that would be too weak. So I basically then mix 3 tablespoons of this powder with 1 tablespoon of glycerine and I think half a teaspoon of water and mix thoroughly until dissolved (sometimes you will need to mix it several times as it can have sharp crystals in it but if you 'squash' the powder with the back of a spoon to smooth it (kind of like when you mix cookie dough) out I find this minimises this problem.) The glycerine allows it to glide over the skin nicely because if you just use the usual spray its too watery and abrasive and will burn your skin. You could massage it round your face for 2 mins ( every day) and keep adding more product so it never feels too 'dry.' However, because you really need to massage the muscles in a very specific way which is very difficult to describe, Im not sure how much of a difference this would make. However, it would certainly be good for your skin-both the glycerine and magnesium. Very cheap and easy to make and probably just as effective as a commercial moisturiser

Dr. Karam do you have any tip or advice when it comes to maintain hemmed natural lips through times? I'm 46 and have noticed some first signs of lips volume deflation. Fillers are definitely not an option due to the fact that the product never really disappear and often left scar tissue.
A lot of people don’t woman or get surgery for the following reasons: -Too much downtime - Too expensive - if you don’t like it, it’s permanent - The change in your face is very noticeable - it will be obvious to everyone people that you have had something done. - Surgeons say you can have a subtle difference BUT it still costs a LOT for a subtle difference so why not try cheaper procedures and have a subtle difference - Of course he is trying to promote surgery, he said previously he does 20 surgeries a month, if they cost approx 10k per surgery, that means he makes 200000k per month. He’s greedy. - I’m sure this post will be deleted soon .

You might laugh but our skin is our largest organ and absorbs more than most people think of. Plain gelatin works also but for some reason costs 3 times as much. I will be 70 soon. My daughter wants me to start looking old so the men her age will stop flirting and asking me out. 😅 Oh, another bonus..your hair and finger nails are strong, shine, grow faster. There ya have it. ❤
Can you recommend something for around the eye area, I'm 47 and I look more like 67..yes I was a sun baby so any advice on what to use would be great! Also any ideas on Hgh supplements??❤
Informative and intersting. Thank you 😊

Dr. Karam do you have any tip or advice when it comes to maintain hemmed natural lips through times? I'm 46 and have noticed some first signs of lips volume deflation.
Fillers are definitely not an option due to the fact that the product never really disappear and often left scar tissue.
u do not want the filler to disappear. rightly placed and the good one - it s a great tjing to have to compensate the volume loss.
facial exercise....eva fraser
A lot of people don’t woman or get surgery for the following reasons:
-Too much downtime
- Too expensive
- if you don’t like it, it’s permanent
- The change in your face is very noticeable
- it will be obvious to everyone people that you have had something done.
- Surgeons say you can have a subtle difference BUT it still costs a LOT for a subtle difference so why not try cheaper procedures and have a subtle difference
- Of course he is trying to promote surgery, he said previously he does 20 surgeries a month, if they cost approx 10k per surgery, that means he makes 200000k per month. He’s greedy.
- I’m sure this post will be deleted soon
.
His surgeries cost over $100k each. He gives good advice.
@@J.E.C. the majority of his advice is geared towards advising people to have surgery though, he knocks most non surgical treatments on the head except for the odd few in the hope that it won’t be completely obvious that he is touting for business
Great information! Much appreciated. What do you think of Nira tool?

Does LED light therapy work on lines and wrinkles?

In one video you said not to use lasers or energy devices - you said they don’t work. Now in this video you advocate using a laser, micro-needling, etc. I’m confused.

My face has no fine lines or wrinkles and I've never done any skin care at all just started this last 4 months but I have 2 lines from smiling lines I want to do something just don't know WHAT I'm 65
I started actives and sun protection when I was 22 like crazy. I’m 29 now and people still think I’m a teenager and the younger sibling between me and my 26 year old brother. A few years ago a woman asked me when I was starting high school! 😅
Keep it up!!
