Dr Amir, I am an active scuba diver. I literally, go to Roatan, Honduras every six months for two to three weeks at a time. The rest of my time I live in Vermont. Obviously, Vermont in Winter, zero sun, in Honduras the sun can be blazing! How can I protect my skin and continue to use Retinol, Vitamin C, and the rest of the products I use currently?
I remember visiting this doctor over 10 yrs ago for hyaluronic injections, and no one has come close to the results I got from him. I remember getting in my car after the treatment and was SHOCKED at the instant results. This is true. I use Vit C serum in AM & retinol in PM. Over 6 months my skin has improved tremendously. It's smoother, brighter, fine lines drastically reduced. Both these products are game changers in the skin care game. Just remember it's slow & steady & you must be patient, but it's definitely worth it!
My understanding is that this doctor wants us to use retinol and vitamin together, but apply them 5 mins apart. Personally, I wouldn't do that. I use my vitamin C in the am and my trentinoin in the pm.
I believe he says IF you use them at the same time, to allow 30 minutes in between application, and then there should not be an issue - unless it is a single formulated product that has the correct PH for them to play nicely together. But yes, retinoids at night, Vit C during the day is how most people use them.
Earlier, my skin wasn't smooth and had dark spots. But now, after applying this littleexetra vitamin C face serum, it all has changed. My skin is much smoother and brighter. Those dark spots are almost gone. Now my skin looks shiny and bright, which I absolutely like. The best part? I do not need to wear as much makeup anymore since this serum works so well! It doesn't feel sticky, a thing is fantastic for me. The serum absorbs into my skin fast and does not leave any leftovers.
I have heard that the riceberry vitamin c face serum comes highly recommended for its light formula that illuminates the complexion and reduces dark spots. As per my knowledge, it includes ethyl ascorbic acid for optimal stability and effectiveness, ensuring it’s good for all skin types. I have heard from a lot of people about the good changes in skin texture. I’ll be trying it soon.
I was told by an esthetician that I could not combine Vitamin C with Retinol and I just smiled and thought hmmm, I don’t think so…I have been trained by Dr Karam 💪🏼

I started as a 18/19 year old with textured dull skin and adding vitamin c to my skincare routine made an ENORMOUS change. I’m now 29 and have better skin than even pre-pubescent me. Bright, glowing, + even-toned ✨
Thank you so much Dr Amir! We love skin school. Thanks to motivating MD's like you I now use SPF every day in conjunction with sun protective clothing. I did use a 20% L-AA but I switched to 15% because the former tended to make my skin a little bit red so I think that was irritation. For me, 15% was fine. I never tried any of the derivatives though which are reportedly more mild. Looking forward to the next class of skin school!

I just started following you and all I can say is I use ALL my serums and creams and haven't had an issue but you're the Dr so I'll keep watching and following your expertise
I love your channel. I have learned so much. I use SPF every single day now before adding makeup. At night I use vitamin C. I have been told several times at work that I am glowing now, which was a huge boost for me. I recommend your channel to all of my co-workers and friends when we get on the topic of skincare. You’re my favorite doctor on TH-cam!
I began using retinol in August and I must say, I see a world of difference. I'll be 36yrs old in April so I've been using Neutrogena Retinol Regenerating cream and a hyaluronic acid, peptide, and squalane moisturizing cream I buy from the Dollar Tree beforehand.
Where do you get it fromi?!? I tried Sephora and Ulta and everywhere in between and cannot find that brand either! I can't find that one, Greek and gorgeous I think it's called or minimalist :(
You are so wonderful, Dr. Karam. I just started using your products and I am so happy. It is so much easier than buying lots of different products. Thank you for the free education.
I have been using Vit C and Retinol as Dr. Karam has recommended and it has been a game changer. I use La Roche Posay serums and the Lipikar moisturizer and my dry skin is now glowing and my neck and décolleté is looking firmer just by using the 2 serums. I have saved $ by not buying the eye and lip creams and using the serums as he suggested around and on the eyes with no problem and just as good of results.
I have learned so much in the last few weeks and can already tell a difference in this 68 yr old skin. Next will be a facelift I think, I’m still educating myself.
I am a 62 woman, lifetime florida resident. Honestly haven't used much sunscreen 🤦🏻♀️😎....I know, right. But I've been told I look younger. I would love to volunteer to be a 6 month test case for your video's of a before and after for your products!!! People may enjoy the time capsule transformation!! Then, I can be a life time user... so this may be a great and fun video!!
Hi, may I just mention that vitamin C not only oxidises due to light exposure but also when it’s exposed to air. Which is why vitamin C needs to be in an airless packaging. The bottles with the pipette is not actually ideal, even if it’s in a dark coloured bottle. It needs to be both in a solid, non see through bottle and in a airless packaging too. The one you showed us in this video again is not in the best packaging. Even though it’s a dark coloured bottle, light still gets in, and it’s also in a pipette where air gets in. May I add, it’s better to not use vitamin C during the day as it’s an active ingredient (even if used with sunscreen on top). Better to use actives in the evenings when skin is not exposed to UV. But that’s up you each individual what they choose to do. Actives during the day can cause sensitivities as well as cause a reaction. Might be helpful to explain to your viewers the different forms of vitamin C and which one will be suitable. Lastly, if I’m not mistaken but vitamin C needs to be formulated with other antioxidants to keep the vitamin C stable. Please share information on this.
LOVE and Appreciate the clarity. I too thought you could not use them together and so was using vitamin c serum in AM and retinol in PM. The "30 Minute window" between the 2 products is a DISTINCTION I sincerely appreciate. Thank you for Being You. Much Love 💜
My sister is an Aesthetician & she got me on vitamin c & retinol years ago! THE BIGGEST & BEST CHANGE TO MY SKIN WAS COPPER PEPTIDES & AN EPIDERMAL GROWTH FACTOR! I’m 53 & I GET COMPLIMENTS ON MY SKIN ALMOST EVERY DAY! I’M 53!
The Ordinary’s Ascorbyl Glucoside serum works brilliant, layers wonderfully with other skincare, sunscreen and makeup AND is pretty inexpensive ($12 in my country). Comes in a UV-protective container, highly recommend it. I have very sensitive skin and everything I use has to be gentle and fragrance-free, and I’ve never had any reaction or sensitization to it! Faded my acne scars and evened out my complexion, my goodness I highly recommend it y’all!! 💛
I started using in.gredients ascorbyl glucoside and I'm enjoying it, I've only been using it on the nights when not using tretinoin (take 2 days off between use) but I think I'm going to start using in the mornings. Knowing the ordinary version works under sunscreen and makeup gives me a bit of confidence in switching it to the am.
Been using sunscreen and vitamin c in the am for 4 years, my skin looks better than when i was in my twenties, started slowly into retinol the last two years because it's very irritating to me but I'm finding a good balance. Thank you for your great info ❤
I started using a C moisturizer, gel and oil about 3 months ago and started slowly. At first I put the moisturizer on and then rinsed it off 15 minutes later, basically used as a mask. At the same time I was gifted 2 different retinoids (haha, I guess my face was showing age and I definitely could see it too) so really took that slow. Bottom line, my skin is so bright and smooth now, not like I’m 20 again but so much better than it was. Be consistent and if you’re over 50 use vitamin C !
I have been using MAUC and Platinum skincare products for years..great results however I hate having to order so many different products to get each of the actives! I keep looking at your Trifecta products in my cart🤷♀️ question: Do you ever offer a sale so we can order your Trifecta line to simplify our twice daily routine? I want to make sure I like it as much as my several step protocol. As a nurse I am always on the run.. I would love to make my life easier while not jeopardizing quality which is absolutely not my concern with your products. Thank you!
I get so many compliments on my skin. I've been using via c and Retinol for a few years now and I definitely will continue too. I also exfoliate regularly, but not overly, and I mix stuff in with my. moisturizer occasionally.. like argan oil, pure vitamin e, etc. It took me quite a while to learn my skin, but these products at a good quality will definitely make your skin look its best.
Love your channel and all the great info. I use tretinoin .05% I just don’t know what Vit C would be best to use with my prescription. I decided to try the vitamin c from my dermatologist(their brand ) for $265 and when I got it home I opened up and it was completely oxidized, a dark orange color and was crusty . I am not new to Vitamin C and I know and they know it’s not suppose to be that color. I took it back with in 30 mins and they refused to give me my money back knowing the product was bad. The staff was mortified . They agreed with me but the dermatologist said it was fine….so unethical. I’ve been a long time customer as well but no longer. Sorry for the rant. I just want to know what would be the best vit c to use with my prescription. Once I use all my tubes I will move over to Karam products.
Dr. Amir Karam do you agree to storage of these products in the refrigerator for preservation and maintaining the effectiveness? Thank you so much for all the helpful information you provide.
Yes, storing your vitamin C serum in the refrigerator can be a good idea to help extend its shelf life and maintain its effectiveness. It is unnecessary with our Quench serum.
Just found you and mainlined a bunch of your melasma content. I just want to say thank you for helping me to better understand the science and principals behind this type of skincare as there is SO MUCH. I've always been very concerned with sun safety but I can see some of the cracks in my UV armor that I can now patch, and understand some more of the reasons why certain actives are being temperamental (I live in Australia and Vit C is hard to store). I'm in my late 30's with mild/emerging melasma and was researching chemical peels, but now I feel FAR more prepared and aware of how to treat it. Thanks again!
My only problem with this video is that you didn't post it 2-3 years ago, when I was first getting into Vitamin C. I've watched at least a hundred videos on it and this is hands down the best, most exhaustive one. Most, if not all, the questions I can remember having are answered here. The time you could've saved me! 😀
Hi do you use the vit C serum on the under eye area like Doc says is okay? Just started my skin care routine this year and vit C serum says to avoid the eye area.
I have been using vitamin C in my skincare routine for @10 years but these tips were so useful. As you often say, knowledge is key for an effective skincare routine, so thank you so much for sharing your knowledge.
I have used Timeless vitamin C in the mornings for seven years and Tretinoin for the last six years in the evenings. My skin has never looked better. When can I add niacinomide?
Can you please do a video on the new research that I’m reading about how Retin-A and retinols can cause permanent dry eye syndrome? I’m concerned that this is already happened to me as I’ve suffered from dry eyes for several years. I put Retin-A on my upper eyelids, and beneath my eyes. I love the way my skin looks, but my eyes hurt all the time, and my visual acuity has decreased. I’d love to hear what you have to say about this. Thanks!
Try Retinaldehyde- supposedly this does not cause all of the eye issues (fat loss, permanent dry eye) that Retinol and Tretinoin cause. I’ve been using Avene’s one for over 6 months and haven’t had a single issue with it like I did with those other ones.
love your products! your exfoliant is "The Bomb"! I was an aesthetic RN for last few years of my career. I worked with an aesthetic ENT surgeon who was exceptional with the knife/bovie! But he only touched on skin care, he did provide a skin care professional for his patients post surgery. But skin care is important ALL the time! I wish ( fervently) that I could get your surgical care one day because you are the Total Package! Thanks for providing this educational information. And Ladies ( and Gentlemen) take care of your skin with Trifecta!

I hate that I am 57 now and really understand the value of taking care of my skin, hopefully I can stay on track, so far in (2 months) and yes Sir, I do see and feel the difference, thank you for the regimen. I am liking and subscribing
What are your thoughts on the new concept of stamping skin and injecting serum simultaneously. It’s like micro needling, but it’s meant for one time use.
Not necessarily, I think it's really subjective. I have super sensitive skin and use both. I was careful to start really slow and build up tolerance. After a about a year I have zero issues. It was a little rocky at first, but definitely worth it.
Thank you for educating us. I learn so much. I have been guilty of not beeing consistant at all, just like you tell us not to be… Now I absolutely will be! I so wish I could see you for a proper lift but I could not aford both the travel and the operation. Waves from Sweden🇸🇪 Sorry for the bad English 🤭
Thank you Dr. I love that you care of our bank account😊. I'm using the Quench and Illuminate and see a difference, especially my neck. As soon as I finish my Shisedo cleanser I will be ordering yours. I was using six (6) Shisedo products, very expensive. So glad I only need three. Thank you. 🙋
Dr Amir Karam you did explain everything about Skinn care so very well, thank you so much you are a very caring good person I feel it even in your voice God bless you my dear.
What a wonderfully informative video! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge so that we can all learn how to take the very best care of our skin.
Skin yes, for the rest no disrespect but am shocked by the lips (in a bad way)...it's crazy how people undergoing surgery always look so much older (not in his case but in general).
The fact is, despite my age (almost 32 yo), my skin is oily and acne prone. I always apply sunscreen on my face even if it makes my skin even oilier (yes, even when it's supposed to be for oily skins...). But applying vitamin C? A product which is always in an oily base? That would be definitely too much for my skin.
I have oily skin too. I could never use Vit C it always made me breakout but I found one that absorbs really quickly, doesn’t feel oily and most importantly doesn’t make me breakout. It’s kind of expensive but worth it to me it’s the clarifying vit c from Obagi. It has arbutin in it. Hope it helps!
Could you please make a video on skincare of women during pregnancy, breastfeeding and afterwards? I have major problems with my skin after the pregnancy and struggle to get my hormones and skin back to normal.
I have been using Retin A since I was 24 years old. I’m just on a maintenance program now. Every time I try to use Vitamin C, it irritates my skin. I also don’t use treatment products during the day, only at night. During the day I use a good sunscreen and moisturizer. I’m 66 years old now. I would consider using vitamin C on alternate nights but not on the same night as the retinoid. Some nights, I give my skin a rest and go to bed with a nourishing night cream. I really want to thank you for explaining the benefits of vitamin C at the cellular level. What is the name of your product line?
I have found that using vitamin c in the morning and retinol at night works best for my skin. It is the only additive I use in the morning. Cleanse, Vitamin C, moisturizer and sunscreen. I have seen the most change in my skin texture with this combination.
Thank you Dr. for the encouraging talk about using vitamin C. I'll continue its use, but I've noticed that after application, my skin becomes excessively shiny despite moisturizing and applying sunscreen. I've tried various products and concluded that the vitamin C might be the culprit. Any advice on how to address this issue?
Ran out of my Vit C and fortunately no real change. Restocked and back on track! My daytime routine is very consistent. Nighttime is where I am just not on it. Got to keep working on that. 😊
Better a morning routine than no routine at all. I also have my moments, but something is telling me the older I will get, the more consistent I will be.
Get Miscellar water if it’s a time constraint or just get a bit lazier in the PM. It was a game changer for me, i use it with cotton rounds and do a quick PM routine - now I am wayyy more consistent with my skincare routine.
Thanks a lot for your video. Good thing I happen to come across this, i was gonna forget again doing my skincare tonight. Now i just put my mud mask after washing my face, next is vitamin c serum and night moisturizer. Thank you again and please keep on making videos❤️
I'm a baby in all this just started 4 days ago retinol from Costco vitamin C from Costco . I'm not kidding in 4 days my skin looks amazing I'm amazed!!! I put retinol at night Evan on my left arm because I drive for a living had lots of skin f damaged on the arm it's really fading fast. In the morning I use vitamin C and sun skin. I never used sun screen but at age 50 something my skin looks like I'm 38 or so this is amazing. Before this I never used anything ever. I do have great skin but I must start this my skin was starting to look yucky. Started having a few brown spots and under my eyes were getting puffy but now it looks so good in few days not kidding wow !!! Amazing !!!
@@Jiminphoria I used a Korean snail mucin serum and moisturizer. For serums, aside from Vit C and retinol, I also use niacinamide and hyaluronic acid. It might be overkill and too much but my skin is loving it all.
@daleoffutt8271 is it the Cosrx one (Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence)? I was considering trying it out. I'm a bit stuck on what brands to go for the vitamin c and retanol, you see so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I've got very dry skin.

Thanks Dr Karam, always great information. Glad to know I’m doing things right. Would love to try your products, I’m in the UK but will look into this when I’m next in the US
Dr. Karam, how soon after facial cosmetic surgery can you resume using the Trifecta? I realize that everyone has a different recovery time. I have been using the Trifecta for 8 months now and my skin looks and feels much better. My surgery is in 4 weeks..... and I have followed your advice through the entire decision process. Oh I didn’t see these comments. I am using the La Roche Posay Vitamin C Serum 10%. It is awesome.
I began using retinol in August and I must say, I see a world of difference. I'll be 36yrs old in April so I've been using Neutrogena Retinol Regenerating cream and a hyaluronic acid, peptide, and squalane moisturizing cream I buy from the Dollar Tree beforehand.
I use Timeless 20% Vit. C + E Ferulic acid Serum. It's inexpensive and works amazingly!
Where do you get it fromi?!? I tried Sephora and Ulta and everywhere in between and cannot find that brand either! I can't find that one, Greek and gorgeous I think it's called or minimalist :(
Please please make ur product more affordable for us everyday people 🙏🙏
You are so wonderful, Dr.
Thank you Dr Amir, for being so kind to share important information on this platform! I have learnt a lot from you!
m
What brand do you recommend?
Tell us what product is best.
@@eliakim912 @janiee7591 Melano CC Vitamin C Premium Essence has the ideal packaging for vitamin c and so many people rave about it. Hope it helps.
I use niacinamide during morning it gave me great result.
I have received advice from a dermatologist who said that vitamin c during the day, under your sunscreen helps to maximize the effects of sunscreen.
An absolutely superb tutorial… thank you so much Dr.Amir … I now have the CORRECT knowledge between Vit C & Retinol working together… I’m so happy ❤
Glad it was helpful!
Love it!
What brand/product do you use? Which copper peptide? What do you do for epidermal growth factor?
I work at night and I sleep all day what time can I have to use???
Can I use vitamin C serum and Retinol 1%serum with Glycolic Acid 7% Tonur?
I use piroche vitamin day creme. It is very expensive but when i put it on it looks like i had a facelift. I love it
The Ordinary’s Ascorbyl Glucoside serum works brilliant, layers wonderfully with other skincare, sunscreen and makeup AND is pretty inexpensive ($12 in my country).
Im using it right now and I love it ! It's my second application!
Been using sunscreen and vitamin c in the am for 4 years, my skin looks better than when i was in my twenties, started slowly into retinol the last two years because it's very irritating to me but I'm finding a good balance. Thank you for your great info ❤
Absolutely LOVE the Trifecta! BEST SKINCARE EVER! ❤ I’ve been using it faithfully for about 8 months and it’s been a GAME CHANGER!
Thanks for sharing.it’s why I scroll through the comments to see if anyone has actually used the product
Thank you!
Yes his line is a little pricey. I would like to try it as well.?
I get so many compliments on my skin. I've been using via c and Retinol for a few years now and I definitely will continue too. I also exfoliate regularly, but not overly, and I mix stuff in with my. moisturizer occasionally.. like argan oil, pure vitamin e, etc. It took me quite a while to learn my skin, but these products at a good quality will definitely make your skin look its best.
Which brand you are using dear
If you paid with a credit card then dispute it with the holder
What were your mistakes? Im still about to incorporate this on my routine
Yes plz tell us
@@mangofloatgrammars5929 her only "mistake" was not knowing about how to use vitamin C earlier. It sounds like she has a good routine now, though!
My pleasure! Thank you for watching.
I have used Timeless vitamin C in the mornings for seven years and Tretinoin for the last six years in the evenings. My skin has never looked better. When can I add niacinomide?
And Timeless is only $25!
This is the duo I use too
Loving skin school ! Thank you Dr Karam
You are a wealth of information! Thank you. We woman❤you
I think I’m going to have to watch this many times! I’m so impressed by your words.
Ahh thank you! So glad you are finding it informative.
Thank you so much! This comment made my day. If you have a moment, please leave a review on our website! It means a lot. okendo.reviews/?subscriberId=ec1a42b4-51b1-49c4-8dce-fcc4faa1765d&productId=shopify-6542604075159&locale=en
Dr.Amir, can you do a video on Gluthatione cream for brightening, please? I heard applying topically is less detrimental than digesting it. ❤❤❤
I hate that I am 57 now and really understand the value of taking care of my skin, hopefully I can stay on track, so far in (2 months) and yes Sir, I do see and feel the difference, thank you for the regimen. I am liking and subscribing
Very informative. Thank you!
Thank you so much for your interesting lecture.can you please tell me the lowest concentration to start and how to progress .God bless you!
Thank you doc! What’s your opinion on facial oils. Can you do a video on that?
I use Andalou enlighttueric + C serum. It’s super gentle on my dry, rosacea prone, sensitive skin. I use it at night
Loved the Mandalorian reference ;D Great tips as usual, thank you!!!
Your opinion of these?
1. Retinoid cream - neutragena, loreal serum, Avene to rebuild collagen
2. Topical acids - cerave, loreal glycolic acid, glycolic pads
3. Vitamin C to even out complexion - Vichy serum, neutragena capsules, laroche posay
Tomatoe rubbed on face, let dry. Then castor oil, is miraculous for skin
Thank you so much Dr. Amir. You are very kind, genuine, and amazing.❤❤❤
What are your thoughts on the new concept of stamping skin and injecting serum simultaneously. It’s like micro needling, but it’s meant for one time use.
I do derma rolling and then put Vit C on my face & neck and then get in front of my red light panel. Love my skin!
And please can you recommend a good eye cream for dark circles and wrinkles
retinol and vit c for sensitive skin is a big no no
Not necessarily, I think it's really subjective. I have super sensitive skin and use both. I was careful to start really slow and build up tolerance. After a about a year I have zero issues. It was a little rocky at first, but definitely worth it.
I have sensitive skin. I can use vitamin c and retinol everyday.
I have listened to you for the first time. I love the way your explaination all way through. Now how can I get this vitamin C?
Thank you. 🙋
Wonderful! Thanks for sharing. So glad you're loving the products.
Mashallah Doctor Amir, i am learing a lot from your videos, thank you so much
Dr Amir Karam you did explain everything about Skinn care so very well, thank you so much you are a very caring good person I feel it even in your voice God bless you my dear.
Thank you! Your videos are so helpful. I've been lost with my routine for awhile. Ill give this a go!
What a wonderfully informative video! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge so that we can all learn how to take the very best care of our skin.
Listen to him folks. He knows what he is talking about just look at his beautiful skin.
Skin yes, for the rest no disrespect but am shocked by the lips (in a bad way)...it's crazy how people undergoing surgery always look so much older (not in his case but in general).
Great explanation ,I thankyou. Finally an educated and empathetic with knowledge that's understandable in lay terms . Again thankyou.
Don't forget the night time treatment girl
Better a morning routine than no routine at all.
I also have my moments, but something is telling me the older I will get, the more consistent I will be.
@@oceaneo4603 I agree
Get Miscellar water if it’s a time constraint or just get a bit lazier in the PM. It was a game changer for me, i use it with cotton rounds and do a quick PM routine - now I am wayyy more consistent with my skincare routine.
Will this work on deep wrinkles
Thank you for explaining skin care to where we can understand what to do properly
I use vitamin c on top of my 2% bha liquid exfoliant every morning! My skin is so soft, smooth and bright! I have never had any irritation 🤷🏽♀️
Interesting. I love using BHA in the morning. I’ll have to try the vit C over it. And sunscreen of course.
Thanks a lot for your video. Good thing I happen to come across this, i was gonna forget again doing my skincare tonight. Now i just put my mud mask after washing my face, next is vitamin c serum and night moisturizer. Thank you again and please keep on making videos❤️
Thanks for your support!
Amazing !!!
Oh my word. ,that's why my skin feel so sensitive and i stop using but try it again, but the spacing makke total sense.thank you dr
I'm a LOYAL user of Vit C serum together with retinol and snail mucin serum for years now. You are right about consistency is the key.
may i ask what products / brands you use
Love that! Thank you for sharing.
@@Jiminphoria that one. Love that line.
Thank you. I wish we have seems like you here in Connecticut. Especially brown and black skin folks
Retin A at night always Vitamin C morning
👍🏻
Love your videos I see u from Nicaragua. Great información
Always so informative! Thank you for your work🫶
Thanks for the info! Just added vit C to my skin care routine. For retinol, what can you use instead when pregnant? Thanks!
But Doc…. Your skin 🥳🥳 talk about practice what you preach! Amazing skin 😊
Thank you! I use the Trifecta.
TY Dr. Karam 🌟🏆 you are the best!!
Thanks Doc for getting into such minute details, about using Vitamin C. Truly appreciated
My pleasure! Thank you for watching along.
Can you review the retinol body lotionsfrom Gold Bond, Nature Well, Advanced Clinicals, Medix 5.5, Rosen Apothercary, and Naturium.
Dr.Dray would be a great resource! She reviews different brands and is informative! She has reviewed Gold Bond products in the past. Check her out! Dr.Dray is the best!
Very helpful video! What about those products which contains both Vitamin C and Retinol?🤔
Thanks Dr Karam, always great information. Glad to know I’m doing things right. Would love to try your products, I’m in the UK but will look into this when I’m next in the US
Thank you Dr Amir. I love watching skin care videos
My pleasure
Thank you so much!
What about the effects on Fitzpatrick 4, 5 and 6? Please do a video on how to prevent hypopigmentation. Thanks.
Why not get Vit C from food sources?
Fantastic very clear advice about skin. Thank you soo much. want to subscribe now
Are you supposed to apply Vitamin C serum on your eyelids, or just under eyes? I've been afraid to put in on my eyelids but I need to put something on them 😊
It depends on the formula! Our Quench is suitable for the most sensitive areas of skin.
