I m doing intermittent fasting for the last 2 month Everyday I do 16 some times 18 hour just drink water and tumeric water and green tea I m suffering from MCTD since 2014 I m fed with all allopathy treatment as I m in Australia they r just doing hit and trial treatment on me So finally I decided to follow fasting process . My will power is so strong that I never feel temptation to any food. I 58 year old . I m pretty sure I will come out of this MCTD I have a full faith in my Guru ji . Eat between 1pm to 7pm. And give 18hrs rest to ur digestion. It will heal the whole body and increase immunity, gives strength and high energy. I am personally doing it from past 5yrs. This fasting is not for everyone. Specially gym going people. Or people do lot of hardwork. Because they burn extra calories by workout or hardwork. This intermittent fasting is not for kids, not for hardworking people, not for people who do rigorous workout. This fasting is for them who have sitting job or they dont do any physical activity.

Doing intermittent fasting for around two months but have not felt any tangible changes yet in my health. Anyways, I feel more disciplined now in my eating habits. Hope 'well begun is half done' and I will reap dividends sooner or later.
Plz do 24 hr fasting in 10 days 10 days 10 days in 1 month other day do 16hr fasting it will show more result. Remember #fasting scientificlly proven so dont stop. One day you will be disease free. Just stop oil salt non veg dairy packed food. Eat fruits dry nuts and green vegetable to see result🙂 hope it helps you

Doing intermittent fasting for around two months but have not felt any tangible changes yet in my health. Anyways, I feel more disciplined now in my eating habits. Hope 'well begun is half done' and I will reap dividends sooner or later.
Plz do 24 hr fasting in 10 days 10 days 10 days in 1 month other day do 16hr fasting it will show more result. Remember #fasting scientificlly proven so dont stop.
One day you will be disease free. Just stop oil salt non veg dairy packed food.
Eat fruits dry nuts and green vegetable to see result🙂 hope it helps you
