What I’m so mad about is that on other places like steam or epic games the downloads speeds are 200+mb/s and on the xbox app is just 10mb/s
ikr, 100gb games on steam only took me 15-30mins but in xbox gamepass it will take forever wtf
Yup. This video worked for me to increase from 3mb/s to 15mb/s when usually i download at 70mb/s+

i only did the 2nd step because that was the only one i could do at the time which was increasing the bandwidth and it went from 30kbs/s to 32mbs/s Thanks soooo much! your a legend

Thanks for the video. Stuff was downloading at around 150kps. What a joke the Xbox store is. I made the mistake of buying a game there as it was slightly cheaper than I could get it on Steam.

starting the download it was at max speed for the first GB (70-75MB). it became 9-12MB average. after doing this it became 18. took out real time protection it became 30.

dosnt make sense...i have a 3 gig connection?!?! xbox download @ 800 mpb steam is full speed on the same computer ...nothing works not even 1 megs speed on the xbox app on the computer.... The problem is not with the pc or the connection (wired) since i get speed everywhere else....
I did the method and disabled real-time protection and my download went from 1.9 mb/s to 51 mb/s, my internet is 500 mega

Well i just found another reason, in my case when i was trying to install on micros sd card it was super slow, but when installing to the main c: drive it was fine for me (65MB/sec) …

I'm not getting consistent speed, I mean I'm also OK with 5-10MB/s although my ISP provides 25MB/s (200Mb/s).
Please provide a fix for consistent speed, 5MB/s will work awesome but it shouldn't drop to 0B/s after a second or two.
just turn off realtime protection until finish the download tis will solve the problem and the speed will be maximum and stable trust me!

Those command prompts are what fixed mine, once I did the ipconfig /renew the speeds went up. When I went past that and restarted they were back to being slow though.
Went from 1mbps and under to 50mbps +
damn for me slow is 10-30 mb/S cuz in steam I got 60-110mb/s
