I had a sister that was under a lot of stress to be successful she ended up sick and she passed away at 29 . I always told myself that I would never let stress and worry overwhelm me . I was chronically sick during the final 2 years of my college. Facing acute mental and physical health problems and had zero understanding of the issues. I finally realised what you said with time and worked on myself and now it's been 6 years since I graduated college and I'm doing extremely well :) worry is never helpful to anybody. Just actioning the right things will eventually get you where you want to be and leave the rest to the higher being ❤
