I bet hand stand practice would be great for travelling sales men. Can do in hotel room, distress with blood to head, better posture and shoulders so look better in a suit, maybe stronger Handshake?

This is what I need, got to day 14 of 30 day challenge but didn't have the strength for the inverted positions. So will stick with this Basic Prep for a while before going on to day 15. Thank you very much - great explainations - effective and concise to copy and do. - Great!

this is very good but i would like to ask you what someone can do if have pain in wrists... i have carpo sindrome .. and long time over my hands i have pain.. I m yoga teacher i do many asanas over my hands but not for so long time.. thank you very much
