I’ve been practicing my handstand all through the pandemic and even paid for an app. This is the most informative, effective and easily understandable tutorial I’ve come across! The breakdowns have gave me such a greater understanding of what to tweak and what I’ve been doing incorrectly. Thank you so much!

bro that was the last puzzle to achieve my correct handstand thank you so much...i always had problem when kicking up that my hips would not move from their position and the key to solve that was trying hard to maintain the hollow body position which i never though about...writing this comment after achieving the best kick up to my hand stand and it was perfect ... i struggled alot but now i kick up to the straight line and it is beautiful thank you so much you are the perfect couch ;))))

Question: The closer I move my arms, the harder it is to keep my legs straight. Is it better to keep moving arms and bend knees or visa versa? Is there another way to remedy this?
U should stretch ur hamstring. Its all about the flexibility of it. U dont have to stretch til ur head touches ur knees , just stretch till u able to touch your feet comfortably.
