      Thank you very much! There should be Phds in handbalancing, that would be fun.

    OH my god, you are awesome. I'm training handstands and do a lot of bodyweight exercises. Every time I shrug my right shoulder with my arm vertically in the air and open it up backwards, it cracks (doesn't hurt or affect my performance in any way I think). From what I've learned so far, this can also be caused by not using a mouse at the laptop. But I think it is the handstand practice. After doing you're warmup routine, I felt NO cracking AT ALL in any shoulder position. Normally my shoulder cracks 3 times when I do a full cycle with my arm pointed vertically down.
    THANK YOU!

      Hi Lukas, oh wow that is interesting. I guess it is because it makes your back muscles, rhomboids especially kick in before you practice.
      The strength for handstands when practicing with a good technique comes more from the back of your body then the front.
      Thank you for your feedback.
      Best wishes

    The degrees of movement has been massive. My arms are now more or less strait up. I am very pleased with my progress. Upper back scapular are very warm and I am now very aware of that muscle group.

      Hello :) that sounds great! Well done for putting in the time and effort. I think changing shoulder mobiltiy is as hard as learning a handstand.

      @@NatalieReckert , hahaha, yes, it is. Today, following your advice from last Handstand Master class, I was closing up the practice today with static handstand holds and with my weighted vest of 20 Kilo.
      My shoulders are feeling it :)
      The Shoulder mobility is better, but it seems to move very slow the progress there.

    • @NatalieReckert
      @NatalieReckert  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@manuelacosta8617 yes shoulder mobility progresses very slowly! Wow a 20 Kilo vest! That sounds serious ;)

    • @manuelacosta8617
      @manuelacosta8617 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@NatalieReckert yes, I could hold one rep of 30 seconds of assisted handstand with the weighted vest (20 kilo), followed by 25 seconds and the last one of 20 seconds (that was until failure because my shoulders couldn't hold it longer).
      But when I do it without, I feel like flying :)

    Súper nice video.

    Something strange happend today. I was able to turn my head by a greater degree to look behind myself. More neck flexibility I didn’t know was possible. This is only my 3rd day of doing this.

      Now I can do a very basic bridge. OK, my head is only a few inches of the ground for 5 seconds but compared to a week ago, I couldn’t even press to go onto my head.
