You just attach them on hands as an accessory and then choose the default one from skin weight menu. The rest is totally keeping it as close as possible through eyeing the gloves with your model when adjusting before skin weight.

how did you get on with the physic;s cloths exportin them? or did you not bother?
I created the weight map for the clothing part manually in photoshop and adjusted the collision shapes in CC4.
