Sir, the dots on your tongue are not related to any heart disease. If the dots are dark in colour and are present from birth, they are just melanin deposition and there is no need to be afraid of it.

Big sized tongue (macroglossia) from birth is a common cause for frequent tongue bites.
Another reason is stress.
