    never meditated before but I think I will regularly now! I have been very stressed as a high school sophomore and this made me feel ready to work and excel!

    I really like this meditation. Having to coordinate your hands with your breathing takes my mind off whatever's running through my mind. Nice way to get rid of all those busy thoughts. And I really have to work on the hands because it feels opposite to me to close them during an exhale so my mind is fully engaged with keeping in steps so to speak. Thank you for creating this

    It amazes me how at some points it feels almost hypnotic. Like the voice becomes my subconscious and next thing I know im opening and closing my hand on queue without actual thinking. It could be my willingness to surrender my mind to letting go. Just weird to think about 😂 Thanks for the break 💆🏻‍♂️

    i've been losing my focus lately with this distrupted mind inside my head, i'm trying practice to control it by using this meditation, eventough it's not that easy to get control with. but i hope this meditation can help me along the way my practice journey

    day 4, I was way too distracted and at one point even annoyed because I was so distracted. I don't feel relaxed after the meditation, I'll try to concentrate better next time. Thank you for this guided meditation.🤍

      Ooo yes I have those too! Have you tried drawing them to try and understand them? They’ve helped me understand a lot. I hope it can maybe do the same for you :)

      Thankfully, I do not get nightmares very often but when I do somehow, I understand if I remember what the content was exactly what it was that I was feeling that day or thinking about that day and if I don’t address it while I’m awake, sometimes it comes out in my dreams. That’s exactly what your subconscious does And that’s what dreams are about because I’ve studied it in college when I was taking psychology and that is exactly what only nightmares but all dreams are about is your subconscious mind which you are not aware of coming out at night while you’re asleep…
      It took me long time to figure this out, but now if I ever have nightmares, I normally understand why and what the reason is and I take care of it while I’m awake …
      I don’t necessarily need to draw, but what does really help me is either writing it down what my thoughts and feelings are or talking to somebody about it .

    Recently I've started meditation but it feels difficult to concentrate and nothing helps I go from video to video where everyone says that focus and focus on your breath but the activity you include without me knowing helped me focus. Please do more suchh stuff, I'm def coming back for more.

    This one was legitimately great. I have anxiety and it usually takes me 5 minutes before i stop overthinking, but the mocement of the hands with breathing really worked. Gonna keep using that regularly. Thanks!

    It really worked ❤ a simple technique but so so effective. I was overthinking lately and after this meditation my mind had no thoughts literally. It felt like a mind detox. Loved it. Thank you so much for the great meditation. I am truly grateful.
