It really worked ❤ a simple technique but so so effective. I was overthinking lately and after this meditation my mind had no thoughts literally. It felt like a mind detox. Loved it. Thank you so much for the great meditation. I am truly grateful.
Recently I've started meditation but it feels difficult to concentrate and nothing helps I go from video to video where everyone says that focus and focus on your breath but the activity you include without me knowing helped me focus. Please do more suchh stuff, I'm def coming back for more.
This one was legitimately great. I have anxiety and it usually takes me 5 minutes before i stop overthinking, but the mocement of the hands with breathing really worked. Gonna keep using that regularly. Thanks!
I’m sick with covid but I really enjoyed this one, thank you :) Indeed I find sometimes the best way to quieten the mind is to move the body with our breath 🌊

When you said to imagine the waves, I started imagining myself alone on a boat in the middle of the ocean, and it was a little distracting. Now I’m thinking about how that imagery is representative of how I currently feel. Guess I need more practice with meditating 😅
Actually I was listening to some near-death experiences and getting up very early but still need a couple hours so I thought I'd lie down if that's okay? And then I'm going to put on some HZ frequency to heal my dog and I. Thank you for the meditations
While the technique taught was very useful, it would have been a better experience if the voiceover was not constant. I would have really appreciated some silent time after the guidance. Music could have been something more soothing as well. Thank you.

Leider hält mich die teilweise sehr bedrohlich klingende Hintergrundmusik und die Bewegungen, die man machen soll, komplett davon ab, mich auch nur annähernd entspannen zu können. Ich gebe es auf und mache lieber andere Meditationen von Euch, bei denen ich mich besser entspannen kann 🍀🙏💗😇🌈🦄

i thought it would work for me as i did calm down in the first half but after a while i lost focus and was out of the zone 😔😢
