    1) Self awareness. Ask your self "why do you need to do this? Is it helpful to you, is it helpful to others?".
    2) Self discipline. Know the priority and say no to less important things.
    3) Know that time is limited. Look at time as you look at money. Then you will use it seriously. Money can be earned. But time cannot.
    4) ask "is it really necessary". For example, scrolling social media vs talking to your kids
    5) know what matters to you. Whats the most impt thing to do today to achieve the larger purpose?

Thanks a lot Sir for this Valuable session🙏🙏❤❤. I needed this very very much.
7:51-8:30 The most important thing in your life is the learning process, that is what helps to achieve more success.Learn to DISCARD the unimportant, fancy things in life and Practice SELF-DISCIPLINE.
9:57-10:41 - Respect time. It is more valuable than money. Money can be earned again but Lost time is never found again.
Ask this magic question to yourself before doing anything :- "IS IT REALLY NECESSARY? Will it even help me ? " Channelize your valuable time in doing something valuable.
Saying NO can be really hard but in order to achieve a happy and calmer life, a more disciplined life. we've to say NO to the unimportant things in life . PRACTICE these little tips and you will be happy in your life

This monk always talks about the core of buddhism. As a buddhist I could say a lot of buddhist people like me doesnt know much about these p ractical teachings of lord buddha. These days a many people try to promote their religion among the others exept try to get the core values in it. I respect this monk for without promoting the religion and try to give message to whole world according to buddhas real teachings.

I won't say for others, but I would say for me personally. This man has taught us such an emergable things through of his video. By my aspects, I never can't say to no anyone. Ar the time of saying yes , I never think why I am doing for them , is it helpful for me , or is it necessary to me ? But some amazing point he has figured out by this video. Before saying yes to other, we have to prevent ourselves saying yes to un important doing in our life. There is always many reason to saying yes on unimportant things for others. But we don't do that Never. Naturally, in majority times people are used to saying yes other on unimportant work. Before happening that . We have to understand that what is the difference between important and un important things, would any obstacles come towards me ? And also we should think about When we go to say yes other on important things.

Buddha's teachings are the good way to find out the real things in the world. Sometimes, you don't need to fallow Buddha if your aren't a Buddhist. If your are following another religion or you are a non-religious it isn't the serious problem. Just listen to Buddha to find out about his teaching and don't consider too much if he was a god or not. Just listen to his teaching if you think it good to your life.
