How is it not? The more diverse our strengths and perspectives, the more directions we can approach a problem. All the technology and food shared between peoples is great too, I love the variety. Monocrops tend to die out when a disease comes along, because there's not enough genetic variation to resist it. The key is to promote a diverse group of people to work toward common goals.

If it doesn't, it works to undermine, disrupt, and replace with its own values and goals, and it breeds conflict by that thing's very nature.
