    Just bought one and seeing a lot of "bad press" on not re charging. Hope they are better in 2024. Man that neg. is in a bad spot to get to. May be a good call for extended cable kit and ground to body or motor. Love a clear short video thanks for that!🦇

    You should have your lights, radio, air con etc off to stand a better chance of successfull jump starting as all these peripherals being on take a toll on the jump attempt. In this case it worked anyway.

    How about the one in the middle the GB70? Or should it just be better to spend the extra cash and get the GB150 for the people that like to do overkill when buying items like this. I'd rather be safe than sorry.

    • @User.Joshua
      @User.Joshua  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I don’t think the GB150 is necessary. I only purchased them because I own a towing business, so the larger capacity is useful during a busy day. If you’re not using it commercially, I think that the GB70 is sufficient.
      Don’t get me wrong the GB150 is amazing, especially with a voltage reader on it, but I can’t see the value in it if you’re only using it less than 5 times per year.

      @@User.Joshua That was my question as well. Thanks for the reply, I'm going with the GB70

    why did you have to override?

    • @User.Joshua
      @User.Joshua  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The battery was below 4 volts, so the initialization process was halted. An override is required at that point.

    • @User.Joshua
      @User.Joshua  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@JBLaOHeI absolutely! I own a towing company, so we use these everyday. My only recommendation is to slow charge these things to prolong the life of the batteries.

      @@User.Joshua thanks for the advice! mine is arriving today. What do you mean by slow charge?

    • @User.Joshua
      @User.Joshua  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@JBLaOHeI the larger jump packs come with a fast charging 12 volt connector for the vehicle. If you’re getting the GB50, it only has slow rate charging (wall outlet) so you don’t have to worry about longevity.

      @@BusyB07 ah, my apologies, I thought this was a video of my GB150. You’re making the right call, I haven’t tried my diesel in the cold with the GB50. You’ll definitely need the bigger pack for that.
