Oh, my God!! ❤😂 I laughed, died, and had so much fun! I am new and the side plank was not possible on my left side yet (with the weight). I know it will be soon enough! I’d love to see more videos like this one, I love the props! I smiled whenever you cued us to as well. 😂

Do I have to suck my tummy in with the abs workouts ?
Hi there, great question… there’s no need to suck your tummy in and actually, I would suggest you avoid doing that. If you’re having trouble connecting to your core and the breath alone isn’t helping, you might imagine gently tightening a corset around your waist or zipping up a pair of tight jeans as you exhale.
