    I have been suffering tailbone pain for 10 months, never stops unless I am in bed that's months my life. The pain is serious. I did your exercise (on stomach feet up touching once 2 days ago and twice yesterday. Pain is mostly gone, I did set off numbing pain in left hip, leg and foot. I have improved this with your, on the stomach sort of pushup it is improving. God bless you Doc I have had 2 botched spinal surgery at 80 I am done I think I could have avoided surgery if I had you first 1972 thanks.

    Should do the tailbone exercise 2 or 3 times each day until pain is totally gone I want to ride motorcycle it became to painful, my goal.
