Our rights existed long before we codified them in the ECHR for other countries that didn’t have them. English common law allows us to do anything that is not prohibited.

they MUST have it on person not an absolute requirement to be on display for everyone to see and possibly take revenge or be doxxed or even have the licence ripped from your neck/lanyard or vandalised by tipp ex or paint for example, if you deem the person a risk to the licnece you can choose to have it on person, and officers can get charged a FEE for a licence so why should an officer risk that if they think a miscreant can rip their licence from their lanyard and run off with it ?

Worked in Logistics for a Company with the brown cars with golden letters on, every day they tried to invent the wheel and at the end of the day they did not like the color, so they started from scratch the next day. I highly doubt that anybody will get told about the rights of the public.

As for the truck, he was reversing on the blind side for him being Italian so wouldn’t be able to see much. Would be easier for a uk truck. That’s why he tried the other way first on his good side but there wasn’t enough room.

SIA badges must be given away in lucky bags because not many security people like to wear them. Also failure to obey GDPR rules here. Security woman out of her comfort zone but guys asked expected questions. Agree also the carpark gives the lorry drivers an awkward task especially for reversing. Also the clouds above DHL looked very shifty.

I unsubbed from many auditors some time back as the format was getting stale for me but a friend recommended your videos and they are really refreshing. I enjoy the positive videos and find them interesting unlike other channels where only negative stuff gets traction and the auditors are often obnoxious for that reason. Obviously there are negative videos here too but its never because of yourself from what I've seen binging so far. Keep up the good work!

Hi D J, there you are about two minutes in and this poor sad woman comes out into the public domaine and tells you that you cannot take photos or do video there because that is clearly what she believes is true. She also does not understand the law relating to public access to private property.
The next one who comes out and tries to persuade you to leave them alone, he tries to explain the strange behaviour of the security staff in terms of the concept that they have a right to have feelings of anxiety, could it be an issue that they should address with the staff?, could the employer be expected to offer counselling to staff suffering from anxiety?.
You are getting very good at dealing with the lack of compliance with their own rules and regulations, I would be very interested tom hear more from you about the GDPR issue, as I understand it at this time the regulatory authority does not have the resources they need to follow up complaints from the public.

Surely there is some website you can go to in the UK to check land ownership and borders before you arrive at premises so that you know exactly where you stand on the private property issue. I notice in a lot of your great films that there is always some ambiguity on this matter and it would be better for you if you knew the exact status of any piece of land so you can let the security guards do the flapping while you know the exact situation.
He knows all this stuff, and he's a member of Land Registry of which ever site it is which charges.
However he doesn't need to know for certain as the clues on the roads are giveaways, and if they're ambiguous and they tell him where their land starts, he moves just to be safe, not that there's anything they could do to his footage even if he was on their land, as all they can do is ask him to leave.
You honestly wonder where they get off thinking they can tell you what you have to delete things
