    U auditors are just out to piss normal working people off. Just trying to do a days work. Most people ,including companies don't want to be filmed. There is absolutely no auditing to be done. You are just out to annoy and cause trouble. You all look for confrontation. Hiding behind the " its not ilegal" " i am allowed by law". A lot of things are allowed by law but you don't have to do them. I have been annoyed at work by auditors. Im just a working man , trying to get by, last thing you want is annoying people coming up to film you and antagonise you. There is absolutely no need for it. Surely there is better things to video? Nature? Sporting events? Yes you are meant to display your sia badge. But the public have no right to see it or ask to see it. Only police and licensing officers can ask to see your license and you must show them. Members of the public have no legal right to ask to see your license.

      @DimFM to prove self defence you don’t have to be physically struck. You just have to demonstrate that you felt a credible threat to your person. Watch Charlie Veitch channel. The same rule applies to some of Charlie’s videos where an individual appeared to approach in an aggressive manner. In these cases Charlie took defensive measures and was justified in his actions. As was DJ here.

      In England, common assault is committed by a person who causes another person to apprehend the immediate use of unlawful violence by the defendant. In this case DJ was the victim of common assault and he used reasonable force to defend himself after first backing away and issuing several verbal requests. The site manager was well within his rights to photograph DJ, but he was not within his rights to approach DJ in such an aggressive manner that would lead any reasonable person to believe he was at immediate risk of violence. All the site manager needed to have done from the start was to ignore DJ, but he clearly allowed his emotions to over rule his better judgement.

      I don’t really follow Pj but when the that plant pot asked you to leave you should of the respectful thing and left instead of being confrontational and getting him all aggy making life for both and you Dj much harder.

    Sorry Pete, I'm normally a *huge fan.* One of the reasons I love your channel so much is that provocation isn't the PJ way: You normally hit the site, do your filming, and let the monkeys do their dance. It works so well.
    But I'm really not impressed here. Most of what took place at the beginning was wilfully provocative and unnecessary.
    The point where the caption says that blue boy tried to remove DJ's mask isn't borne out at all by the video. The fact that he clearly has both hands on his phone until instant DJ strikes him shows this. I'm not excusing blue boy's subsequent response because, as a professional, he should have known better in the first place. He still looks stupid, but alas so do you guys - and I hate that.
    I'm going to put this one down to an off-day and over-exuberance, and I'll still watch your channel because I think you're normally such a nice bloke. But this one was badly out of character and I took no enjoyment at all from it.

    • @everythingunplanned6276
      @everythingunplanned6276 ปีที่แล้ว

      Personal space is arms length by law, if someone steps into that space aggressively you do have the legal right to push them away as long as you do not do it intentionally to harm them or to intentionally make them fall over, if they physically touch you or hit you in anyway you are legally allowed to use reasonable force to protect yourself, if that means retaliating with a single punch (not to the head) then that is legal unless they are walking away from you, if you are able to get away without having to use any force then walk away and call the police. In this case, I’m sorry but the police would be on the side of the manager as you were asked to leave the site multiple times but you refused or failed to do so therefore you are legally breaking the law at that point as it is private property. You are legally allowed to film anywhere in public but not on private property without obtaining permission before hand. I’m also a TH-camr but unlike in this video I stick to the law, if I’m asked to leave I leave, if I’m asked to not film I won’t, not only is it against the law it’s also a little bit of respect and common decency.

      Definitely not for simple trespassing.
      Now if it's clear trespasser was intent on committing a violent act, then more than likely the answer would be Yes.
      However, final outcome (in gray areas), would be determined by a jury.
      If initial police investigation were to find zipties & chloroform AND the perp had just got out of jail for child molestation, etc., then the defender would be commended. 🏆

      looked like he was wanting to land a sucker punch on DJ. I've seen this tactic done many times, ie, being passive aggressive and then suddenly sucker puncher. You must be a sucker than doesn't know how to read the signs correctly. Street wise people that know how to look after themselves know from experience and will launch a preemptive strike which the law actually permits as being self defense. Too many people believe you have to be physically hit first before you can defend yourself but that is simply not the case.

    4:40 DJ is right about telling the guy to calm down. It's very noticable in his body language that he is losing control of his own body because he's letting his emotions run riot. If this is how he handles a slightly unusual situation how the effing hell does he manage his staff. Or is he one of those special managers who don't actually manage anything because they are useless but can't be sacked because he's not actually that incompetent. This has given Taylor a very good reason to finally get rid of him.
