None of them cooked a proper biryani . The basmati rice in biryani should not stick with other rice and as for the chicken it should be marinated and cooked in dum ( a type of cooking ) .

@@digitalrefugee69 True nobody in India or Pakistan will ever complain about a bone.... If there was bone in a kebab or sandwich they will but never a biryani......Also nobody takes chicken off the bone , you know how hard that will be to do.....either they buy boneless or with bone .
I think the people in Britain are used to boneless chicken. And since they eat what they get, they grew up eating boneless chicken biryani. Butcher shops aren't common in the UK I guess.
Everyone who knows how to cook knows that bone on equals more flavour.
They are eating with a spoon, so it's awkward to get the meat.

This is so dope! A lot of Kenyan cuisine (also other east african countries) is influenced by Indian and Arab dishes. Id love to see a challenge especially with Biriyani, Samosas, Bhajia/Bhajis and Chapatis, Mshikaki/Kebabs.

I definitely enjoy the men more, now that you just listed it out. The three you just mentioned are my favourites lol probably because women are more likely to be the cooks in their houses, so they take the competition way more seriously and are more bitchy sometimes and lowball their scores

The reason you cannot do boneless Biryani is because you need the flavours from the bone. When you cook it you use uncooked rice, chicken and spices all cook at the same time. You can take the meat off the bone after but that's work. My family uses chicken legs. Just let people take it off. It's fun.
