The visually captivating colors, the spices and flavor, the smell, the texture, everything adds up and makes a meal better. Eating with our hands is just one more way of engaging our senses through physical touch, being more sensitive and having an overall sensory experience.

You cant eat too much Indian food!. Like generally non veg dishes are loaded with spices and ghee, it starts becoming too heavy after a certain extent. Even when we are eating in home, we take way too much since the food is so tempting, and after the first few bites, it's like shit, I took way too much😂!.

Interesting facts about these foods. Being an Indian, me and a lot of others have not tasted all of these dishes because for outsiders it's Indian food, but India as a country is so diverse that it can be compared to the whole Europe with different states in place of different European countries. All these states have different cultures a lot of different tasty dishes you have never heard of. So, being in India these Indian dishes get sub devided state or culture wise. You can only explore more and more new things across the country.
As much as all of europe i doubt. Remember that theres about 300 types of bread eaten in Germany alone… id say India is about as diverse as France, Spain, Portugal and Italy combined.

Out of all the cuisines, i must say Indian cuisine is my 2nd favourite. Japanese being the first, italy and chinese both tie at 3rd place. I love japanese cuisine for the subtle yet depths of flavour and more about craftsmanship. But if we talk about flavour alone.. there’s no competition to Indian food.. nobody even comes close

I have tried Indian food several times, and not in very “good spots”, by my Indian friend standards (and even people who ate more of it than I)
But still, even those average places had some of the best food I have ever tried. Indian food rules

I work at an Indian restaurant and it is probably one of my ALL TIME favorite comfort foods. I need to pester the cooks to teach me how to make it at home 😂

Being an Indian, me and a lot of others have not tasted all of these dishes because for outsiders it's Indian food, but India as a country is so diverse that it can be compared to the whole Europe with different states in place of different European countries. All these states have different cultures a lot of different tasty dishes you have never heard of. So, being in India these Indian dishes get sub devided state or culture wise. You can only explore more and more new things across the country.

Out of all the cuisines, i must say Indian cuisine is my 2nd favourite. Japanese being the first, italy and chinese both tie at 3rd place. I love japanese cuisine for the subtle yet depths of flavour and more about craftsmanship. But if we talk about flavour alone.. there’s no competition to Indian food.. nobody even comes close

@@byron-ih2ge since outsiders only know that there are 2 types of Indian cuisines (North and South). Indian has 28 states+ 8 union territories. Each state/ territory has multiple unique cuisines and blends.
You only know of a handful heavy gravy based dishes and hence make an assumption. There are thousands of dishes which can be categorised under the lighter on your pallete/ taste buds category.
