The fact that it’s alpha MALE and not guy, means it’s talking about the sex (the biological aspect) not the gender (the social aspect) which means, me as a trans girl can indeed be an alpha male.

Hell, he even has a video describing the shit "your GF" has I the bathroom and how some of those things may even help you be more macho if you use them. The dude is just trying his best to help people feel more comfortable and confident in their male gender!

I know I'm a bit late to this video, but I actually know Aaron Marino semi-personally, and got to interview him about a lot of what you talked about here! I went through the same steps and understandings you did and can confirm that he acts the same way in person, which is a relief! To me, it sounds like the "Alpha Male" shtick was something he believed in at a point, but moved on and started using it as an easy way to deliver wellness tips to men that wouldn't normally listen. If you'd like to see the interview, I have it uploaded to my channel, but I made it when I was a freshman in high school, and it's not my best work. Regardless, love the video :D

So yeah in Short I never really Understood The concept of There being a way to be manly or feminine or all the much difference to me because both sounded stupid to me. I really respect and Don't mind What others choose to do, but for me personally, I simply decided That whatever gender I was born with was definitive and really didn't matter much in the end since I believe that My Gender should be Irrelevant to how I act, feel, or like. as simply Being born with certain nody parts shouldn't change or Influence who I am as an individual. I view gender.. No. Sex(as in the one you are born as) as nothing more than a Statistical difference and Biological trait just the same as an Ethnicity, or Hair color, or just about any other physical Trait. Honestly, Alpha M's videos are pretty much "dude you are an amazing person with a lot of potential, but we can all do better with this tips that are almost basic human values and stuff like showering and touching grass, then *sponsor* and at last more tips about improving and then telling you are valid. I know I'm a bit late to this video, but I actually know Aaron Marino semi-personally, and got to interview him about a lot of what you talked about here! I went through the same steps and understandings you did and can confirm that he acts the same way in person, which is a relief! To me, it sounds like the "Alpha Male" shtick was something he believed in at a point, but moved on and started using it as an easy way to deliver wellness tips to men that wouldn't normally listen. If you'd like to see the interview, I have it uploaded to my channel, but I made it when I was a freshman in high school, and it's not my best work. Regardless, love the video :D

Not trans here, just a dude. I always found those alpha male videos and shitty podcasts like andrew Tate's that supposedly tell you how to be a man just really stupid. Like damn some people really try and act like there is more to being a guy than just having a dick or simply identifying as one.
I was never really one to bother with following certain gender roles or ideas of what it meant to be a gender. I kinda just became aware I was born a male and went like "Ok" and moved on with my life and watched or did random shit like going from watching Max steel on the tv, to My little pony in a different channel and then right back ro something like Randy Cunningham xd.
Most of my family at the time were women so I got used to doing whatever and wasn't really raised edging into any specific way.
Still fully identify as a Guy and despite being Bisexual I have a fairly noticeable preference for Women.
So yeah in Short I never really Understood The concept of There being a way to be manly or feminine or all the much difference to me because both sounded stupid to me.
I really respect and Don't mind What others choose to do, but for me personally, I simply decided That whatever gender I was born with was definitive and really didn't matter much in the end since I believe that My Gender should be Irrelevant to how I act, feel, or like. as simply Being born with certain nody parts shouldn't change or Influence who I am as an individual.
I view gender.. No. Sex(as in the one you are born as) as nothing more than a Statistical difference and Biological trait just the same as an Ethnicity, or Hair color, or just about any other physical Trait.
I simply believe it to be Non-important and irrelevant to someone's character.
which I admit made it hard to understand fully why someone would decide to transition for any other reason than to directly change their private parts, but I still Can understand the reasoning or fewling behind someone wishing to change their gender and Fully respect that decision and I'm glad for anyone who found themselves throughout.
