Tried stock, mu, and knulli, and knulli knocks it out of the park for me. Getting amazing n64 performance with a few settings tweaks and mupen64

Yea Knulli is probably the most polished experience out of the box for the SP, excellent choice 😁 I'm too much of a tinkerer though which is why I drift to muOS 😏

Is this on the new RG35XX SP revision?
Knulli has this listed their website:
"Q: I am trying to run KNULLI on my RG35XX SP, but I only get some distorted lines on my screen - what can I do to fix this?
A: There is nothing you can do. The device you have is a new revision of the RG35XX SP with a screen that is not yet supported by KNULLI. We have already identified the issue and we are working on a fix. If everything goes according to plan, your device will be fully supported with the next release of KNULLI!"
I was hoping this was fixed but they just haven't updated their website.
      Can you let me know?

(Mu OS looks great but I need Knulli/Bluetooth for my needs)

Nice video! Unfortunately in the OS comparison you didn't compare neither of the aspects that are most interesting to me: boot time, battery life, and netplay.
Please any words on those? Thanks!

Thanks! And yea there was some additional info added in the comments of that original video, but the boot time is *definitely faster in muOS :) Battery life is roughly the same for both, and I believe both play nice with RetroArch Netplay, as long as the cores support it - hope that helps!

My recent tests on CubeXX, which should have similar performance as the SPXX since they have the same chipset, latest versions for all of the OSes:
      Knulli: 20 seconds boot
      muOS: 10 seconds boot
      minUI: 6 seconds

34xx with 3:2/integer on/off is absolutely charming, but taking my 35xxSP on the go, with perfect 4:3.. I didn’t think anything could compare until now!
Also just a tip, the overlays that come with MuOS are far better. MANY more choices, better resolutions too! Update Mu often

I know, the 35XXSP is just so delightful to play on 😁
And yea maybe I imagined it, but I'm pretty sure the muOS team ported in the best Anbernic bezels into the next muOS build after my first video mentioning it took off - either way glad they've added so many great bezels!

@ I’ll be honest I mainly use overlay called “base grid” from garlic 1.0 (og 35xx) & I use the gbc from garlic too. Especially on 34xx.

I could be mistaken but I swore on a Dweeb video he expressed that Knulli did have hinge support by expressing how you can close the console and the game would save and the console would be put to sleep. Is that just the SP's settings or something you can only expect to work in an OS like Knulli? (I haven't recieved mine yet, just ordered a few days ago and have been binging videos for information.)

Can you use it on console mode (Plug o TV) But pluged to power too, without damaging the battery? like the switch?

You can definitely have it plugged into the TV with the mini HDMI port, while also charging it via the USB C port - not sure about the affect on the battery, but I think as long as the charger isn't some overkill laptop charger, and it's not plugged in while the battery is at full capacity for more than an hour or two, it *should be fine. Can always play with it plugged into the TV while running off the battery too, since the battery will still last you roughly the same amount at 5ish hours while docked to a TV (at least in my experience). Hope that helps!

Do you mean Knulli? If so yea it's probably the other most popular cfw for the SP so makes sense 👌 Just the boot time is slow still
