Dude I’m in the same spot as you, I live in LA, found a construction job thru indeed that makes me a solid 6 figures as well the problem is the work environment is so fucking toxic, jealous coworkers, gossip, etc. it’s just made me feel so trapped and so stuck like there’s so many moments where I’m dreading working now and I’ve been working here for only a year and I already want out😅. I’m not sure what I’m gonna do I’m barely gonna turn 21 in September but yea idk I just need advice on what I should do.

Develop the skills you can from the company and then find another company that offers the pay you want were you can use your skills

I should have been a whatever I am basically but I did work and then I couldn't keep up with everything and maintain composure
But do you work your life away or you Monday through Friday and your hours are probably 12 hr days? Not hating just curious?
