Hi there! So my niece has this machine and her overly impatient daughter started mashing buttons and cause the machine to stop. The machine now stops every time it gets to that exact spot and tells them the hose is clogged. They’ve taken off the hose and checked that it’s not clogged plus it has no problem before she upset it by button mashing. Any ideas?

You got a drain pump issue. Something got stuck in there, or your pump broke

I know how to calibrate but spin soil level and power is not working on pre soak
